Hello, my name is Maeve. Right now I am 16. I have enjoyed my childhood with my parents. Although I have not figured out why I have been kidnapped, I know it wasn’t my parent's fault. At least I hope so, because they were the ones who encouraged me to go out the day I was kidnapped. I never really noticed my parent's reactions or body language. I just always thought that everything they did, we did
together was what every family did. And just now, I realized how their acts became off after I started growing up. They were hiding something from me my whole life. I just don't know what. Why would they hide something from me? When were they planning on telling her the truth? Maeve felt sick just thinking about the truth. Was she not really their daughter? Did they give her away? After a while, she felt tired since after all she had only slept for a few hours due to her overthinking a lot.

After waking up from her deep slumber, she was greeted with breakfast by the maid she had gotten used to seeing. How long had she been there? Well, she had been there for a month now. Obviously, she had figured out how long it had been since there was a calendar in her room that would get marked off by the maid who would take care of her. This maid was really kind to her, unlike the others. The others were jealous of her because their boss wanted her, they didn’t even know what they saw in her. Obviously, Maeve didn’t even know who this person was, she didn’t even know it was a man. Until the maid told her, she was shocked. She didn’t like him though, because he had kidnapped her on her way home. She always looked for a way to escape, but nothing was useful.

One day, she was finally allowed outside her room. She was amazed by the gorgeous house she had been staying in this whole time. Although she missed her parents a lot, she couldn’t believe they encouraged her to go out that day, it was like
they had planned for her to get kidnapped. While walking around, she tried looking for any escape but there was a lot of security blocking all exits preventing her from being able to go out. At this, her expression changed, and seeing that she was stuck in this house she went to the living room where she saw a handsome man. He certainly was a lot older than her. She put her thoughts aside not knowing if this was the man that had kidnapped her, although he was handsome she wouldn't be able to forgive someone even if they were that good-looking. What he did was wrong, especially to someone like her, someone who was just like a regular fish in the ocean.
