The next day

Samara mustered up the courage to meet Caleb, hoping to find some solace. But as soon as she mentioned their engagement, Caleb's anger erupted. He angrily threw his wine glass to the floor, shattering it into pieces. Samara felt a wave of fear wash over her as he grabbed her by the neck, his grip tightening.

In a fit of rage, Caleb uttered threatening words, saying, "If you're not mine, then nobody's!"

Samara's heart sank as Caleb started pointing out everything he had done for her, as if it was some kind of scorecard. Samara felt her heart break into a million pieces. With tears streaming down her face,

Samara's heart pounded in her chest as she realized the person she once knew had changed. With a trembling voice, she mustered her strength and confronted him, saying, "You're not the person you used to be. You only did those exciting things to control me, not because you truly cared."

Without looking back, Samara walked away from Caleb, leaving behind a toxic relationship that had turned into a nightmare. It was a difficult decision, but she knew she deserved better. She needed to prioritize her own well-being and find happiness in a healthier relationship

______________

Samara was fuming with anger towards Caleb for his actions, and her frustration was building up inside her. Just then, her father walked into the room and said, "Samara, we're going to the mall with Hardin and his family." Samara wasn't exactly thrilled about it, but she had no choice but to go along.

When they arrived at the mall, Hardin turned to his parents and said, "We need some time alone." His parents thought it would be a great opportunity for them to get to know each other better.

But then, things took a turn for the worse. Hardin turned to Samara and told her not to have any false hope because he didn't love her. Samara wasn't shocked by his words, but her heart sank nonetheless.

And if that wasn't enough, Hardin's girlfriend showed up and started saying really mean things to Samara. What made it worse was that Hardin didn't say a single word to defend her. Samara couldn't take it anymore. She slapped Hardin across the face and said, "You're such a jerk!" before storming out of the mall.

It was a moment of intense anger and disappointment for Samara, but she stood up for herself and refused to tolerate mistreatment.

(Scene: Hardin and his mother, Mrs. Anderson, is having a heated conversation in the living room.)

Hardin: "Mom, you just don't get it! Samara is so silly."

Mrs. Anderson: "But Hardin, she's your fiancée. We were supposed to go shopping together today."

Hardin: "I know, Mom, but she canceled on me last minute to meet her boyfriend. It's frustrating."

(Mrs. Anderson, concerned about the situation, decides to take matters into her own hands.)

Mrs. Anderson: "I need to talk to Samara's father. This can't go on. It's not right for our wedding plans."

(Mrs. Anderson picks up her phone and dials Samara's father's number.)

Mrs. Anderson: "Hello, Mr. Johnson? It's Mrs. Anderson. I wanted to discuss something important about Hardin and Samara's wedding."

(Mr. Johnson, Samara's father, listens attentively to Mrs. Anderson's concerns.)

Mr. Johnson: "Don't worry, Mrs. Anderson. Samara is not with her boyfriend anymore. There will be no issue in the wedding."

(Later, when Samara returns home, she finds her father waiting for her in the living room.)

Samara: "Dad, what's going on?"

Mr. Johnson: "Samara, I heard about your actions. I can't trust you anymore. You're grounded so that you won't meet Caleb"
