Samara and Hardin are having a heated argument in a dimly lit room. Emotions are running high as they confront each other.

Hardin: You're nothing to me, Samara. I'm still going to be with my girlfriend.

Samara's heart sank as she heard those words. Anger surged inside her, but she knew forcing someone to love her was not the answer. She took a deep breath, trying to keep her composure.

Samara: Fine, if that's how you feel, Harden. I'll sleep in the guest room.

Hardin, frustrated by Samara's response, scoffed at her suggestion.

Hardin: Why should I sleep in the guest room? You're the one who doesn't belong here!

Samara's anger flared, her ego wounded by his dismissive words. She looked him straight in the eye, determined not to back down.

Samara: If you don't want to be with me, then you can sleep in the guest room. I won't tolerate this disrespect.

Hardin's face contorted with anger. In a fit of rage, he raised his hand and slapped Samara across the face. The room fell silent as the impact echoed through the air.

Samara, shocked and hurt, held her cheek, tears welling up in her eyes. She couldn't believe what had just happened. Her voice trembled with a mix of anger and sadness.

Samara: How dare you lay a hand on me, Harden! I am not anyone's princess, especially not yours!

Hardin, realizing the gravity of his actions, paused for a moment. Regret washed over him, but his pride prevented him from fully acknowledging his mistake.

Hardin: You pushed me to it, Samara. You made me lose control.

Samara's voice grew stronger, fueled by her indignation.

Samara: I didn't make you do anything, Harden. Your actions are your own responsibility. You can't blame me for your lack of self-control.

The tension in the room was palpable as they locked eyes, both refusing to back down. Samara took a step towards the door, her voice firm and unwavering.

Samara: I won't sleep in the guest room. If you don't want to be with me, then I don't want to be with you either. We deserve better , with that she went to the washroom

Samara is sitting in the guest room , feeling overwhelmed and conflicted about her unhappy marriage. She takes a deep breath and decides to call her mother for some guidance and support. She dials her mother's number and anxiously waits for her to pick up.

Samara: (in a slightly shaky voice) Hello, mom. It's me, Samara.

Mother: (warmly) Samara, my dear! How are you? It's been a while since we last talked.

Samara takes a moment to gather her thoughts, knowing that this conversation is going to be a difficult one.

Samara: mom, I need to talk to you about something important. I'm not happy in my marriage. I feel trapped and suffocated, and I don't know what to do.

There's a brief silence on the other end of the line as Samara's mother processes her words.

Mother: (softly) my love , I understand that you're going through a tough time, but remember, our destinies are written. Sometimes, we have to endure hardships and find strength within ourselves.

Samara's heart sinks as she hears her mother's response. She was hoping for understanding and support, but instead, she feels dismissed.

Samara: But mom, I can't continue living like this. I deserve to be happy, don't I?

Mother: (with a hint of resignation) My dear, I wish I could change things for you, but it's not in my hands. Trust in jesus and have patience. He knows what's best for you.

Samara's voice trembles as she struggles to hold back her tears.

Samara: I know you're trying to console me, mom, but I need your support. I need to find a way to make things better for myself.

Before Samara can say anything else, her mother interrupts her.

Mother: love, I wish I could do more, but I can't change your destiny. You have to find the strength within yourself to navigate this path. I have faith in you.

Feeling a mix of frustration and sadness, Samara's heart sinks as her mother hangs up the call. She sits there for a moment, feeling alone and uncertain about what to do next. Despite her mother's response, she knows deep down that she cannot simply accept her unhappiness. She takes a deep breath, determined to find a way to create her own destiny and seek the happiness she deserves.

Scene: Samara is sitting  , eagerly dialing her college best friend, William's number. After a few rings, he picks up the call.

Samara: Hey, Will! Long time no talk! How have you been?

William: Hey, Sam! It's so good to hear your voice. I've actually been in Florida for a while now.

Samara's face lights up with excitement upon hearing that William is in Florida.

Samara: No way! That's amazing! I'm in Florida too, visiting Salt Lake City. We have to meet up!

William: Absolutely! Let's meet tomorrow. There's a lovely cafe near the beach that I've been wanting to check out. How about we meet there?

Samara's excitement grows as she eagerly agrees to the plan.

Samara: Perfect! I can't wait to see you, Will. It's been way too long since we caught up.

The next day, Samara arrives at the cafe, her heart pounding with anticipation. As she walks in, she spots William sitting at a table, looking a little down. She approaches him with a warm smile.

Samara: Hey, Will! It's so good to see you!

William's face brightens up as he sees Samara, but his sadness is still evident.

William: Hey, Sam. It's great to see you too, but I have to be honest. Someone told me about the situation you're going through, and I can't help but feel really sad for you.

Samara's smile fades slightly as she realizes that someone has shared the details of her situation with William. She takes a seat across from him, concerned etched on her face.

Samara: Oh, I see. It's been a tough time, Will. But I appreciate your support. What do you mean by "you deserve better"?

William's voice softens as he looks at Samara with empathy.

William: Sam, you're an incredible person with so much to offer. You deserve someone who treats you with respect and values you for who you are. Don't settle for anything less.

Samara takes a moment to absorb William's words, feeling a mix of gratitude and sadness. She nods, knowing deep down that he's right.

Samara: Thank you, Will. Your words mean a lot to me. It's not easy, but I'll keep that in mind. Having friends like you makes it easier to see my worth.
