Mystery (Mechamato FF)

~ CHAPTER 2 ~

Amato was currently in his garage, sketching something for his and pian's next project. Pian and Luther were also here, waiting for amato finish his drawing and show it to them.

Eventually, amato finished and proudly showed it to Pian, Luther and Mechabot. And of course, mechabot did not understand the drawing one bit "Ha?? What's this, a bucket?"

"No! It's a bowl!"

"Yeah, toilet bowl"

"Ish... Kau ni!!!" (Ish... Youu!!!)

Amato got up and chased mechabot in circles when Luther suddenly spoke up "Ah, so this is a bowl with a phone holder?" He asks, looking over to amato to confirm it. Amato turns upon hearing Luther's words.

"Finally! Another person who understands my drawings!!" Amato happily says, going up to Luther who smiled up at him.

"Say, Amato... Can you follow me for a  bit?" Asked Luther, getting up from his spot and heading towards the garage door, amato tilted his head in slight confusion.

"Go where?" But Luther didn't respond and left first, making amato chase after him.

Pian and Mechabot watched it all happen with a frown "Hey, that Luther guy is weird." Said mechabot with both a displeased look and tone. Pian nods and looks over to the garage door where Amato and Luther had left.

Truthfully, Pian felt somewhat jealous over amato and Luther. It would usually be the two of them, but when Luther joined the class amato had been hanging out with Luther more. But of course he did still try to include Pian.

It's just that... He didn't like that this Luther guy was suddenly here, where did he even come from? He hasn't heard of anyone in the neighborhood ever moving in, especially that of a woman and her 14 year old son.

Something felt... Wrong.

Like how you'd feel when you leave the house and forget something at home - that kind of wrong. He and mechabot couldn't help but feel like something was definitely wrong with that Luther guy.

"Dey, why do you look so serious?" Pian jumped at the sudden voice from behind him and quickly turned around to see his friends.

"Ah! Deep, Mara! Ehehe it's nothing, just... Thinking." Pian says with an awkward laugh, Mara grabs a hold of her wheelchair tires and moves more further into Amato's garage, looking around.

"Amato isn't with you guys?" She asks, looking at both pian and mechabot.

"Oh yeah, he went somewhere with the new student, Luther" Mechabot replies

"Aiyaa, that new guy again? He's been latching to Amato ever since he got here!" Deep says with a little 'tsk-ing' at the end.

"I'm not trying to be rude but... He gives off an unsettling vibe, like when you're watching a horror movie" Says mara, at this, they all agree like they all have had the same thoughts about him.

"Oh and that time when he got mad because amato wasn't paying much attention to him!" Oh yeah, and that time. They all remember it very well.

It was a few days back when Luther first came into the class and saw amato talking with pian, Luther greeted him but amato just waves at him, continuing to talk to pian.

And you may be thinking that it would be normal to get mad at your friend for bluntly ignoring you like that but Luther literally went over to amato and pian, and started to pull Amato out of his seat.

Not such a good memory, huh?

Mara put her hand to her chin and starts thinking "Ha, pian, mechabot, do you know where Luther and Amato may be going?" Pian and mechabot looks at each other and shrugs in a sign that they don't know.
