~Ace POV~

"I'm bored!" I heard Ash yell, flying through the halls of our h-ome. I could hear him from my library. I saw Ash going outside and I immediately knew it would be less fun out of our home. Angels are no better humans themselves.

Ash is the Archangel of War and Freedom and he has black wings which makes angels think of him badly. The overworld seems so much more fun when I look at my sister's orb of life. Suddenly, I pulled out of my thoughts, hearing a faint sound of knocking on my door. I turned away from the window and the door opened.

"Hey Ace, where's your brother?" Older sister asked. I looked at her and my lips tugged downwards indirectly pointing at the window. "I see, when Ash gets here, both of you come to my office."

I looked at her and gave her a knowing smile. "Of course sister," I say, softly.

~Ash POV~

I walked outside of our home and was met face to face with Souka, my best friend. I grinned from ear to ear and hugged Souka. The last time I saw Souka was 10 days ago, which was far too long ago. Souka laughed while giving me a small hug.

"It's nice to see you again!" he said, bowing down in front of me. I grabbed his hand and pulled him up.

"No, we're friends! There is no need for honorifics.." I say, slapping his hand. I felt a pair of eyes at the back of my head and I looked behind me. I looked at a figure in the 3rd floor window, it was Ace. He suddenly turned around and I could faintly see the outline of the person he was talking to. Souka started pulling me towards the Central Square. When we both got there, lots of angels flew away from me like I was some sort of disease. I looked at Souka, but he looked very happy so I decided to pretend to love coming to the Central Square.

At the center of the Central Square, the water fountain started drying up. A purple portal started to open. The other side seemed to look like the overworld. I turned around looking for Souka, but I couldn't find him. A few minutes after the portal was stable enough, a few angels flew towards me and pushed me to start for me to fall near the portal. I wasn't sucked in the portal, meaning that the portal wasn't magnetic.

"Here!" Souka said, giving me a hand. I grabbed his hand and stood up. "That was close! You almost fell in the portal!" I gave him a small smile after he said that. Those damn angels don't know who they're messing with. I tried to walk away when I felt a tight grip on my wrist. I turned around and saw that Souka was giving me a smile. This smile felt different, like it was hiding something almost sinister. He started chuckling, and he pulled my wrist. He gave me a deep hug, I felt very confused, then he did something I never thought he would do. He pushed me in the portal which connected to the mortal realm. I looked at him as I was falling in the overworld and he gave me a sinister smirk. That was my last betrayal, I'll ever take.

~Older Sister POV~

Ah, it's been about 6 hours since Ash went outside. He's never been outside that long unless he is sent on a mission. He only stays outside for about an hour at most. I knew I felt something wrong today. I looked out the window of my office in worry. Suddenly, my door slammed opened.

"What did I say about -"

"BIG SIS! Ash is gone!" Ace yelled, worried. I whipped my head around and met face to face with Ace. Ace had never looked this sad or worried before that it scared me.

"What?" I say, I walked over to where Ace was standing and I pulled on his sleeve beckoning him to follow me. "Let us hope he is ok."
