Asami: Guard-san, many things happened with Mahiru and the others. Mahiru and Futa's wounds are still healing, Amane somehow started speaking in a weird way and Mikoto is hitting things and screaming non-stop in his room.
Es: I see..
Asami: Um...Guard-san, I want to thank you for forgiving me. It was quite unexpected but I'm really glad! You accepted me as who I am and you were really kind to me! For that, I wanted to thank you.

Asami: [Nods] Yes!
Es: Well...Thank you for that.
Asami: Why did you forgive me, Guard-san?
Es: I thought that was the best decision. Why do you ask?
Asami: Ah...I was just curious. Um...Guard-san, what did you see in the "song extraction" thing?
Es: It was how I expected to be but it felt like you had contempt or hatered towards something yet you're still desperately holding on to it.
Asami: Really..?
Es: From the footage shown to me, it seems you were distracting yourself from thinking about what you've done and there was a possibility that you were acting happy and calm as a coping mechanism of yours.
Asami: ....
Es: I thought it was safe to assume you killed someone in anger and from the information given, you most likely punched your victim in the head, causing fatal damage to the brain. That's your murder, correct?
Asami: ....Yes...
Es: May I ask why? Did they betray you in some way?
Asami: Yes. That person...was my husband. I loved him dearly but when I saw him with another women...What he did made me angry but I still love him.
