It's been around 6 weeks since me, Lloyd, and Morro escaped that hell hole. Lloyd hasn't woken up yet so we all chose to do shifts just in case anything happened. Morro just like Lloyd is slowly opening up the us (Morro and the whole Wu thing never happened) he seems to feel comfortable around Master Wu. I was sitting on the chair next to Lloyd when Zane and Morro came in most likely to change and examine Morro's bandages.

Zane: hello Kai

Morro: a-any thing happen yet

Kai: nope not even a finger flinch.

Morro just became interested in the floor and turned quiet. Ever since we were in the cage Morro seemed to treat Lloyd like a little brother he would tease him everything an older brother would do to their little sibling. So you can guess how Lloyd not waking up or showing any signs is affecting him.

When Zane left Morro stayed just staring at Lloyd's lifeless face.  The room was silent with a sad feeling roaming around the air.

That all changed when I felt a movement under my hand. I shot up

Kai: Come on Lloyd you got this... come back to us...to me...to Morro

Morro: did you feel something!?!?

Kai: yes his fingers moved. Please little moon fight it...

I felt a soft weak squeeze on my hand and jumped for joy tears threatening to fall from my face.

After about 3 minutes me and Morro were met with the most beautiful orbs looking at us.

Morro: I'll go get Zane

In the blink of an eye, I was left with a confused Lloyd.

Lloyd just stared at me with a small smile

Kai: you idiot don't ever scar me like that again.

I was helping Lloyd sit up Zane and the others Busted through the door.

Nya: OMG LLOYD
As she ran up to give him the biggest hug

Cole: Welcome back to the land of the living bud

Lloyd just smiled at them and looked at Zane as he was walking towards him

Zane: my scans show that you are fully recovered so you don't have to stay in there but I wouldn't put in your room just in case something comes up.

Jay: So he can stay with one of us

Cole: the best place would be Kai's room

Kai: okay it's settled then Lloyd and I will be roommates for a little while just for his safety.

Time skip

I finally got Lloyd in my room and settled in well with the help of Morro of course.

I was looking for clothes that might fit Lloyd being that he needs a shower but doesn't have any clothes of his own. I finally found something when I turned I saw Morro and Lloyd talking

Morro: All alright idiot I'm going to talk to the old man maybe he could help with your problem

Kai: Problem What problem

Morro: it's nothing just Vampire things you wouldn't understand.

Kai: try me

I don't know what came over me but something about Morro not telling me if Lloyd's okay just angers me

Morro: excuse me

Kai: what's. Wrong. With. Lloyd

Morro: I told you Vampire stuff sometimes humans don't need to know. Got get hair gel

With that, Morro walked away leaving me with Lloyd who was staring at the floor.

I just brushed it aside and started cleaning Lloyd's wounds when I finished and he put on the clothes I heard him whimper

Kai: Lloyd you okay?

Lloyd: Kai... it hurts

Kai: what does

Lloyd: my powers they are hurting me

Kai: how can I help:

Lloyd just looked at me and came to me and curled up on my chest next thing I knew my stuff started to float and vines started to grow out of nowhere was this Lloyd. This went on for a while and it was beautiful I looked down at Lloyd after it stopped he was sound asleep

Kai: I-I love you

As soon as I whispered that I could have sworn I saw Lloyd smile.

Maybe I have a chance just maybe
