Monokuma's face lit up on the nearby monitor.
"A body has been discovered! Now then, after enough time has passed, the Class Trial will begin!"
And then immediately afterwards he made the same announcement. Two body discovery announcements in a row.
That means... Akane's body with a bag on her head... Sonia's suspended body. Both of these were found at the same time.
"S-Sonia!? No!" Mahiru yelled in shock.
"Who's that body with a bag over their head?!" Mikan shrieks out.
"It's Muscles, I know that body shape and skin tone anywhere." I said.
"Huh!? A-Akane's been killed too!?" Hajime exclaims as he's come to the realization.
Usami then ran in. "Gyaaaaah! Impossible, Impossible... It's impossible for killings to happen on this Island."
"Clearly it's possible." Nagito says.
And then Monokuma appears.
"Geez it feels like someone just died in here or something!" He said nonchalantly.
"So there you are! The root of all evil!" Usami yells at him.
"How dare you call your big brother the root of all evil!" Monokuma says offended "I even went to the trouble of being everyone here" and as if on cue, everyone else walked in.
Ibuki was the first to notice the body and bubbled from the mouth on recognizing the victim's.
Kazuichi was the next and was the most shocked. "Huh?! M-M-M-M-MISS SONIIIIIIIAAAAAA!?" He hastily ran to her body. "Miss Sonia! No! You... You can't be dead! Please! No.... NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Kazuichi's sad screams invaded our skulls for a while.
"I can't believe it.. I go out risking my health searching for a cure to this disease and this happens. How?!" Peko says somberly.
And then Aria and Gundham walk in.
"What!? Tch two people have been killed! To think such a deplorable situation arises as the pox saps away at my power!"
"I..I can't believe this is happening! We lost both Akane and Sonia!? How's Nekomaru gonna react to Akane's death when he comes back!?" Aria says.
"Huh? Gundham? Aria are you Alright?" Hajime asks.
"Hm? Yeah I feel great!" Aria says.
"What do you mean you "feel great"?" Mikan stuttered.
"Are you worried about the Despair Disease? Geez you guys. That stuff is over!" Monokuma announces.
"Over!?" Usami says in shock.
"Yeah! Cause I got bored." Monokuma admits.
"For that silly reason?" Usami says.
"And now that the killing's started, there's no need to keep that motive around anymore. So yeah that Despair Disease is gone, you don't have to worry about it anymore." Monokuma announces.
"Ibuki knew that was the case, the rain stopped the second the body discovery announcement played. And the rain was tied to Aria's Despair Disease." Ibuki says.
"More importantly how can you just cure a disease just in a instant!?" Hajime exclaims.
"Aw who cares about that?! Anyway it's time for you all to receive... Theeeeeee Monokuma File 3! With that! The Investigation should go smoothly!" Monokuma cheered.
"Um... before you disappear, I have a question." Mikan says.
"Hm? What is it?"
"There are two victims in this case, and there's no guarantee that the killer is just one person. Is it possible that Akane and Sonia were killed by different people?" Mikan asks.
"So... you're saying that there might be two killers?" Nagito asked.
"Mikan brings up a good point, what would happen if that was the case?" Chiaki says.
"Ah that's right, what happens if there are two blackened candidates? Well I'll answer that! It's first come first served!" Monokuma announces.
"What does that mean though?" I ask.
"The blackened that killed the first victim will be your target, basically if two people killed two separate victims, then only the blackened who killed the first victim will become the blackened and the killer of the second victim will get away scot free." Monokuma explains.
"But what if the first killer was also the second victim, what would happen then?" Aria asks.
"Same as here vote for the first killer, unfortunately that means I won't have anyone to punish, but I guess in a pinch I can always punish Usami." Monokuma explains.
"Why me!?" Usami cries.
"Is that all? Good! Then I'll see you soon." Monokuma then disappeared, Usami following along.
"So, we might aswell get started. The sooner the better." Peko says.
"Yes and I think that for a case that this, the perfect name is..."
THE CURIOUS CASE OF THE SUDDEN SECOND VICTIM!
"That's what I would call it!" I say, as everyone sweatdropped.
"Okay, let's do this! Akane and Sonia were our friends and together! We'll find the truth of the deaths!" Aria said.
And with that, the Investigation was underway!
