Sunny's been in the hospital for 5 days now,and still,he hasn't recovered.I felt so miserable and sick these past few days, visited the doctor everyday not just to see Sunny but to have a check up too.My heart has been beating rapidly for days,ever since Sunny was brought to the hospital.I also have the same disease with him,so I'm quite worried about myself too.I try to take more care of myself nowadays.I decided to skip a few days from school because of my health,but I also took that time to help Auntie to take care of Sunny.I miss him so much.I wish he could see all of these flowers I bought for him.
I smiled as I stroked his hair."Wake up soon,okay Sunny?We still have a lot to do with my remaining few months."I said,trying to stop my tears from falling.After a few minutes of silence,I sang his favourite song,Perfect,by Ed Sheeran.(Just pretend its his favourite song for this story-)As the song ended,he finally opened his eyes."M-Max?"He said,slightly blinking.He still looked beautiful after all those nights that he was asleep.His beautiful eyes,his lips,and his soft voice.I missed it."Was t-that you singing?"He asked,stuttering."Yes..Don't talk much,you just woke u-"I was cut off when he put his soft fingers on my mouth,shushing me."Why all your fingers?"I said sarcastically.He smiled at me gently,making me smile back.I missed that smile of his,even if it was just a small smile.I missed it."Its okay.."He replied,making me laugh a little.
"The doctor said he's still up for observation."Auntie told me."Oh,alright."I replied blankly."Thank you for being here with me Max..I don't know how I'll repay you.."She said,holding my hands."Oh,don't worry about it Auntie.I did it in my own will anyway.."I replied,smiling at her."Thank you.."She replied.smiling back at me.
"Max?"Sunny called out.I turned and smiled at him."Yeah?"I replied,walking closer to him."Do you know about my heart disease..?"He asked,looking at me with a curious face."Yes,and you don't need to worry about it."I said,smiling at him."I also have a heart disease.And I don't know how much longer I have left."I added while lying down next to him."What..?"He replied,turning to me with a worried face."Don't leave me.."He said in a whisper,hugging me tight."Don't worry about it Sunny.I still have a few months."I said,smiling at him."But still you know."He said,looking at me worriedly."Also,the doctor told me something."I said,sitting up."What is it?"He said,looking up at me with hopes that it was good news.Sorry Sunny."Never mind."I said,getting up to give him water."What?Just tell me already Max."He said,trying to sit up."I don't want to tell you."
"I thought you were gonna stay at the hospital?"Mom asked,putting a spatula down."I feel a little tired."I replied,throwing my bag on the couch while slouching down on it."Oh,I'm baking chocolate cupcakes,do you want some?"He offered,handing me a plate of cupcakes."Oh,sure."I replied,grabbing one cupcake."Big bro!"I heard someone yell from upstairs.I looked up to see my little brother."Oh,hello Gaku."I said,smiling at him as he ran down the stairs and hugged me."I missed you!"He said,hugging me like a koala on a tree.I smiled as I ruffled his hair."I missed you too buddy."I replied."By the way..Can I have that cupcake?"He asked,pointing to the cupcake on my hand."Max I'm telling you,thats gonna be his 3rd cupcake."Mom warned me,I laughed at him and smiled at Gaku."Sorry bud,seems like you had too much."I laughed again.""Darn.."Gaku whispered,sitting beside me,crossing his arms."Also,Rigel came over earlier,looking for you."
