Julia texts Richa
The call ended and I rushed to text Richa
Julia: Richa, need you here soon.
At home
Richa came straight after school
Richa: Girly what's up
I explained everything and Richa came closer and she said " Who knows"
James arrived home and his face was not happy nor sad it was undescribable
Julia: James what is it, please tell me, quicker!! My curiosity can't wait anymore
James: We are closer to the culprit, look at this number hidden but you can see the last 4 digits of the number, this is the number of the unknown person who made the fake post of yours
Julia: Omg I'm just very nervous
Richa: Yh who might that be
I saw the half-hidden number of the culprit which James showed me and I stared at Richa and James with fear.
James: Now Please check if you have anyone in your contacts with the 4 digits shown there
Julia: Okay!
Richa: Girly Be brave don't worry
I was feeling nervous, so I checked if Georgia's phone number had the same last four digits as the one shown. However, I found out that it wasn't the same. To double-check, I went through all my contacts' numbers and came across one that had the same four digits. It was–
Julia: What no way, no , no , nooooo!
Richa and James rushed to see my phone
Richa: Who? Who is it!!!!!!
James: Yes who?? Tell us, show it to us
I showed them and they just got shocked especially Richa was shocked
Richa: Impossible!
James: Oh dear!
At the Principal's office
Richa and James accompanied me to the principal's office but guess what our principal was not there, and a teacher told us to wait
During the wait
James: How could this happen, it's so unfair we have waited for like 2 hours now and it's past the time she gave you to prove your innocence and now she is not here!
Richa: We are the unluckiest people in this world.
Julia: It's me who's unlucky Richa, the dark is against the truth coming to light!
James: Well how many hours more do we have to wait
Julia: Who knows James
Richa: I mean, after all, you are one of the brightest students here and the principal doesn't even remember that she gave you some time.
Julia: Maybe she had an emergency? let's not talk about her like that guys!
James: Ok, Miss Good
Richa: Look at her, we know how good she is but the whole school thinks she is guilty, how cruel!
James: Don't worry, the truth is about to be revealed soon.
While we were talking, this funny guy in our school came to us, his name was Dominic
Dominic: Yo guys, I mean wait what's a college dude doing here?
James: And what is a student doing without being in his classroom
Dominic: Wandering, what to say and yo Julia aren't u suspended what are you doing here?
Julia: Well, waiting for the principal to prove that I'm not guilty
Dominic: Oh hahaha
Richa: What's so funny?
Dominic: Nothing just her confidence
Richa: Being confident is funny? Omg we have had enough can you just please leave us alone?
Dominic: Alright, I came here to ask if I can borrow someone's laptop for a few hours.
Richa: Well let's keep the answer as no!
Dominic: Alright Miss Perfect, I can ask the big guy out here *ahem*. Can you give me your laptop Mr.College dude? I have to use it urgently
James: Actually, sorry! I can't as I have too many essays to do today.
Richa: Chop chop, Dominic
Dominic left after acting strangely. The rest of us waited restlessly, but there were no chairs to sit on.
At last
Richa: How long are we gonna stay like this?
Julia: Wait
We heard the noise of footsteps and it was the principal. Finally, we were relieved after waiting for so many hours.
James: Finally guys
Richa: Thank God
Julia: I hope everything goes well ( I whispered)
Principal: Okay your time is over, there was an urgent meeting and *ahem* where is your evidence?
We showed the name of the person and James explained everything on my behalf.
Mrs Sanders got up and apologised to me first.
Principal: I'm very sorry Julia, you will not get suspended but the real culprit will be punished for this.
The principal called out the name and asked the person to come and that person came! Do you know who came?
At the principal's office
The culprit came.........
Finally, the culprit was found!
We will see who's the culprit in the next chapter!
