An Introduction to a Frozen Heart

Name: Koyuki Todoroki

Personality: Cold, with an unnerving stare, confident and hard to please and hard to make open up, but is serious in a fight.

Appearance: a somewhat tall woman, standing about 5'7, which is taller than her older sister Fuyumi and nearly as tall as her twin brother, Shoto. She has pale blue skin as a consequence of her quirk, pale blue, almost white hair, turquoise and grey opalescent eyes.

Quirk: Yuki-onna; a mutation/emitter quirk, this quirk allows the user to produce vast amounts of ice from their body, manipulate it at will, and manipulate ice from others or the environment. This ice is almost clear as it is pure and is super dense, making her ice quirk one of the strongest in the world. However, the mutation part of her quirk makes it so her skin is blue, has a texture and consistency like ice, and it cracks and can melt slightly, which leads to many problems which can come with living in a house with fire quirk users and as such has to live in an environment that is cold if she doesn't have her quirk active. Her quirk is always active and produces an icy mist that constantly keeps her at the right temperature and rejuvenates her skin when it melts. Her ice can be as cold as nearly absolute zero, which means she can make frostbite take effect very quickly.

Weaknesses: Fire, heat, hot summer days, and the sun; any source of heat or sunlight can overpower her body, compromising her health if the ice on her chest area around her heart starts to melt. She ends up getting very sick, and while she won't die, she will be in a lot of pain and discomfort. Blunt force trauma; her skin is basically ice, and despite it having a density of glacial ice, it is still fragile, especially on her joints and extremities.

Family: She is a member of the Todoroki family and the daughter of Enji Todoroki and Rei Todoroki née Himura. She is the second daughter and older twin sister of Shoto. Her older sister is Fuyumi, and her elder brothers are Touya and Natsuo. Endeavor is a decent dad after Touya starts hurting himself with his fire which makes Enji change his ways and realise that he already surpassed All Might by having a family to begin with, and Enji comes to genuinely love and care for his wife and children.

Hero Costume: A translucent white kimono that fits loosely and hangs off of her shoulders made of materials that reflect sunlight and a dark blue obi sash. She doesn't wear shoes and when she does, she does so because it is required.

Support Items: a snowflake patterned wagasa (parasol) that acts as a defensive measure from heat based attacks and also on occasion as a focus for her to launch her ice attacks.

Additional information: Before her quirk activated, she had pure white hair and turquoise eyes. Her average body temperature is 5°C. Her maximum threshold for temperature is 15°C. Her skin is cold and wet to the touch like ice, so her clothes have to be made waterproof. Her eyes glow slightly. She is able to freeze the water in a person's body, making her potentially very dangerous.
