The champion's chamber was different than how it looked 2 years ago. Probably because a giant staircase crashed into the room that day. Someone stood there, eagerly awaiting for a new challenger.
Iris: Took you long enough to get here!
Hilbert: Just means you've got a stronger opponent.
Iris: Y'know, You've done so much for everyone, you've defeated team plasma and saved us all from beimg frozen. So thanks, but now it's time to see who the strongest is!
A/N Play the music
Iris sent out Hydreigon while Hilbert sent out Eden.
Eden began to rapidly calm his mind while being assaulted by Dragon pulse after Dragon pulse but was able to survive them because of Hilbert's full restores. After 3 calm minds, Eden unleashed a barrage of shadow balls that, dispite not being effective, did a lot of damage.
Hydreigon fainted
Iris sent out Haxorus while Hilbert sent out Ferroa-Ferrothorn.
Ferroa raised it's defenses while bulking out earthquakes. Eventually Haxorus began doing the Dragon dance. This is what Ferroa was waiting for as she curled into a ball and crashed into Haxorus.
Haxorus fainted
Iris sent out Druddigon while Hilbert sent out Eden.
Eden tried to do the same strategy he used for the Hydreigon but the Druddigon kept throwing rocks at him, which distracted him.
Eventually, out of anger, Eden unleashed Psychic waves which dealt some damage but was slapped to the side by the Druddigon's Dragon tail.
Hilbert swapped in Sewizard-Leavanny
Sewizard swiftly fainted the Druddigon.
Iris sent out Aggron while Hilbert sent out Ferroa.
Ferroa, similarly to the strategy for Haxorus, bulked out many earthquakes while raising her own defenses. Unlike Haxorus though, Aggron was resistant to gyro ball so Ferroa slapped him in the face with Power whip. Aggron rushed forward in risky double-edge attack......but fainted from the Iron barbs on Ferroa.
Iris sent out Archeops while Hilbert sent out Solider
Solider rushed forward, Head heavy with iron, and headbutted Archeops into the ground.
Archeops fainted
Iris: Wha? No, we can still fight on!
Iris sent out Lapras while Hilbert sent out Sewizard.
Sewizard focused and he could feel them.

Iris: Still one more thing before it's official.
Behind the arena was an altar with the names of previous champions. Hilbert wrote his name into the hall of Fame and was now, after 2 years and 7 weeks worth of adventure, finally the Champion of Unova.
Hilbert rushed out with a very wide smile on his face as went all over Unova, meeting with the gym leaders and just having a good time in general.
Eventually though Hilbert went back through route 1 to his old hometown, Nuvema. A statue of a Serperior, Emboar, Samurott and Shellmet stood in the center now.
There was a gravestone overlooking the sea at the far edge of town.
Hilbert: Hi mommy. I did it, I became the champion. I wish you could've been there to see it.....Here's your favorite flowers. I'll come back to visit.
As he walked away from the grave he saw someone he didn't expect to see.
Hilbert: N?
N: I wanted pay my respects since part of the reason she's dead is my fault...I don't even know what having a mother, or caring parent, is like.
Hilbert: They're someone who will always be their for you.
N:.....
Hilbert: Well uh...this is goodbye I guess.
N:.....Yeah Here's your Shellmet...... Goodbye for now.
N sent out Reshiram and flew off somewhere.
Hilbert went back Iccirus city's Dragonspiral tower. He climbed up the many floors until he reached the top. Electric sparkles exited from Hilbert and began to take a familiar form. The dragon of Ideals, Zekrom.
Hilbert: Thanks for keeping me safe for all those years.
Hilbert got on its back and went for a fly around the region.
A few months later
Announcer: And it looks like N has lost to Hilbert in the semi-finals.
N: I guess you're the champion for a reason.
The Pokemon world tournament had brought in trainers from all over to compete for the strongest.
Announcer: In this corner, It's the hero of Ideals, The savior of Unova and our one-armed current champion, Hiiiilllberrrrt!
The crowd cheered as Hilbert walked to one end of the arena.
Announcer: And in the other, He's beaten the Unbeatable Leon, Mastered the power of Dynamax and stopped the Darkest Day. The champion from Galar, Viiiictooooor!
Victor walked up to other end of the stage.
Victor: Heard you've gone through hell to get here.
Hilbert: Same with you. Now let's get this party started!
Victor: We'll have a Champ- I mean a swell time! Still working on that new catchphrase.
Victor sent out Trixie-Aromantise while Hilbert sent out Tilly-Eelektross.
The two had a grand battle amongst champions.
