Giovanna Bennett had been in love before. The kind of love that makes you forget what time it is or what day it was because you were thinking about the person you love.
Giovanna Bennett was falling out of that same love. She had felt that love for the one and only music artist, Dominic Fike.
Being with someone who deals with such fame as Dominic does, was hard, and Giovanna tried to deal with it all but, she couldn't deal with it by herself. She needed Dominic by her side.... and he just wasn't there for her.
Dominic David Fike, was obsessed with his music career... the kind of obsessed that was disgusting. He wouldn't eat if he was working on music, he wouldn't even say hello to his girlfriend of 3 years if she got home while he was working on his music.
Giovanna understood that Dominic had deadlines set, but he rarely made time for her.... no, scratch that, it wasn't that he "rarely" made time for her... it was that he never made time for her, and that's what hurt Giovanna the most.
The two had been together for 3 years, meeting at one of Dominic's music release parties, the pair clicking almost immediately.
But now, the flow of their personalities was almost gone. The two never talked anymore.... it was to the point where, Dominic had even forgotten that he was in a relationship for a while, until his brother, Alex, reminded him after seeing Dominic taking drugs(which Giovanna hated) and snuggled up to another girl in his condo.
Giovanna wanted the two of them to work out their problems, but it was so hard when Dominic wouldn't stop snorting things or wouldn't get his head away from the mic.
The two just wouldn't last. Fixing a relationship is a two-way street... and to Giovanna, it felt like she was the only car on the now abandoned road.
