You seems so far away from my reach. In many things, you're way better than me. Looks? You're more good looking. Girls? You always have them swarm around like flies in summer. Grades? Of course you're the smartest in class. Sports? Don't get me started with that. Life? You have lots of people liking you and you have an older sister that loves you so much. Whereas me, I'm just glad you want to call me as your friend.

It was always just the two of us during lunch. I don't know why you'd even want to eat lunch with me when you have gazillion friends who are dying to sit down with you. I watch your back as you lead me towards our usual spot.
Seeing your back like this, always worries me.
What if one day, you'd finally realised that it was just a waste of time hanging out with me?
What if one day you'd stop being my friend?
What if one day... you'd leave me?

You brought me back out of my trance and pats the spot next to you on the ground. I give you a small smile and proceed to take a seat. As usual, we would show each other our lunch boxes and I would always envied your lunch. Your elder sister would make you the cutest, most delicious bento box I've ever seen. While mine looks exactly like myself, awful.
