A Date

*Kuro P.O.V*

"Will you g-go out with me, to-tomorrow night at 7?"

"You me-mean like a d-date?"

"Yeah, I g-guess you ca-can call it a date?"

My face burned up and my heart started pounding fast. I was happy, more than happy I was thrilled.

"Um... yeah sure!"

"Great, I'll see you at 7 by the lake!"

"Alright, see ya later."

I hung up and couldn't stop blushing. My sister walked in to my room to see me kind of celebrating.

"Well someone seems happy," she said then chuckled.

"I am. I'm more than happy actually, I'm thrilled," I told her.

"What are you thrilled about?"

"Well, have you ever had a huge crush on someone and wanted to go out with them but to scared to ask them out and they ask you out?"

"No way. Your crush asked you out!" I nodded. "That's great! So... who's the lucky vampire?"

"Well they're not really a vampire."

"Then what are they? A troll, a werewolf?"

"A human," I mumbled. My sister's eyes widened.

"WHAT?! Oh just wait until mom and dad find out," she said just as she was about to exit. I grabbed her arm and pulled her back into my room.

"Umeko please don't tell! I really like this human and I don't want mom and dad to find out. They'll probably kill them." Tears started to form in my eyes. She sighed them spoke.

"Fine. Your secrets safe with me," she said.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!" I said hugging her tightly. After I let go she left. I climbed back into my bed and started to think about tomorrow and what would happen. When I fell asleep I had a smile on my face.

*Time Skips to Morning*

I woke up and the first thing I checked was my phone. I had an unopened message that was from Izumi. It showed that he sent that message 1 minute ago.

Izumi: Morning Kuro looking forward to seeing you tonight.

I smiled and replied.

Me: Morning Izumi can't wait I'll see you soon.

I put down my phone and saw my sister at my door again. It kind of startled me.

"Umeko you scared me I didn't even see you there," I said.

"Its one of the perks of being me," she chuckled. "So about your date tonight with the human, what are mom and dad going to do when they find out your not here?" I gasped and my eyes widen.

"I didn't think about that," I said while running my fingers through my hair. "Ok ok, just tell mom and dad that I'm at Risa's and Levi's house."

"Ok let's hope they believe that," Umeko said then left. I sighed then went to the kitchen.

*Izumi's P.O.V*

I woke up very thrilled. I couldn't believe that Kuro said yes, I mean we just meet yesterday, but I feel like I have known him forever. This may sound weird, but I think I like him. No like isn't the right word neither is the word think. I think I love him. I just wonder if he loves me back. I walked out of my tent and my brother walked up to me.

"Hey Izumi. Did ya get any sleep last night?" he asked.

"Yeah, once I stopped thinking about what was bothering me, I was finally able to get some sleep." I replied.

"Well that's good to hear." he said back.

"Takashi and Izumi, breakfast is ready." Our dad called out. We walked over to him. All morning I was smiling like an idiot and thinking about tonight. I hope it will be perfect. No more holding it back... I do love Kuro, even if I just meet him.

*Time skips to night because I'm that lazy*

It was 6:50, ten more minutes until my and Kuro's date. I was walking around our camp grounds and found a moon shaped necklace and a sun shaped on next to it. In the dirt next to them there were words that were left. They said:
'If you find these, they're yours to keep.'
I picked them up and cleaned them in the lake. Once they were clean they were so shiny I couldn't stop looking at them. I smiled.

"Hey Izumi!" I heard someone say, I turned around and saw Kuro.

"Kuro you came!"

"Of course I did, I told you that I would." He smiled at me and it made me blush, I looked away so he couldn't see. Then we started to walk. It was a few minutes of silence until Kuro finally said something.

"So not to be mean, but did you have a reason to ask me here?"

"I was um well..." I couldn't stop shuddering, when ever he's around I don't feel like myself.

"You were what?"

"I was hoping to get to know you better." I finally told him.

"Well... what do you want to know?"

"Um..."

I want to know everything about him.

"Really anything I guess."

"Anything hmm... if I tell you this, will you promise not to tell anyone else?"

"I promise!" He stopped walking and so did I, he took in a deep breath and then spoke.

"Well... I haven't told this to anyone, but I'm gay." a moment of silence was there and a blush came cross my face. I realized that I have a chance with him. He chuckled nervously.

"I-i shouldn't have said anything."

"N-no, it fine." I said smiling and he smiled back at me. We started to walk again.

"So when did you realize that you were gay?" I asked.

"It was after my first girlfriend. While I was dating her, it just felt weird. We broke up soon after I told her. Then a few months later there was this New boy at my school and I just couldn't get him out of my mind. He and I became good friends, then he asked me out and obviously I said yes. While I was dating him, everything just felt right."

"Wow, I would have never guessed that."

"Well I wouldn't expect you to." We both laughed at that.

"You know people would make fun of me because they thought I was gay." I said after we were done laughing.

"Well are you?" I shrugged to that question.

"I don't know." He makes me so sexually confused. I can't tell him that... can I?

"Well I think I should be heading back home." Already? I wish he could stay awhile longer.

"Well um ok. Oh before you go I want to give you something."

"Really?"

"Yeah." I reached into my pocket and pulled out the moon and sun necklace and gave the moon necklace to him. "This is for you." He took the necklace and he smiled.

"Thank you Izumi, its wonderful and I will never take is off." He put his on and I put mine on.

"I'll glad you like it."

"I have something for you to."

"You do?" I tilted me head and he nodded.
