Ride- Part 2

Nam-soon was about to continue, when she was caught unprepared by what Si-o responded.

While they were talking, Si-o continued carrying her towards her place.

It was an uphill slope, which is even trickier to trek, compared to the stairs.

Nam-soon who was too flustered, leaned her head on Si-o left shoulder, while looking away.

She tried to let the cold air blow her blush away.

Nam-soon: There is no need to move away.
*tries too convince him*
In that place, you can see the entire neighborhood and gaze up into the blue sky. I can sunbath in the morning and moonbath at night.

Si-o: What a way to put it? Are you using that place to laze around?
*his conclusion*

Nam-soon: *scoffs and turned her head to look at him*
How can Ceo Ryu Si-o accuse his employee like this!
*she corrected him*

Si-o continued walking and just nodded in response.

Nam-soon: During my day-off its the perfect spot to laze around.
*She folded when she remembered that Si-o hated lies, she told him the truth*

Si-o smirked when she told him honestly.

Si-o: Do you own the place?
*he glanced at her*

Nam-soon: *shakes her head*
Nope. I'm just mooching off with someone.

Si-o: *chuckles as he mutters *
mooching off

Nam-soon:
Yeah.  a lot has happened to me when I came to Korea.
The plane I rode almost crash.
*she continued*
What's crazy was the apartment I rented for my stay turned out to be a scam!
When the real owner arrive that night....
Can you believe what happens next?

Si-o: *slowed down his paced and got curious to find out who scammed her*
Who scammed you?

Nam-soon:*answers proudly*
I saw her on he streets when I was delivering Doogo packages and took care of her.
*narrates dramatically*

Si-o: *nods his head*
What happened next, in your story?

Nam-soon: I got kick out,so I went to the police station to file a complaint....and sleep there!
But you know what the most frustrating thing was?

Si-o: What?
*Letting her narrates her experience, he is also curious about Tsetseg past experience after he last saw her at the airport runway*

Nam-soon: *continued*
They don't allow you to sleep there again, after sleeping once.
*then added sounding pitiful*
I had no choice but to build a yurt near the river side park. At least I met 2 kind neighbors who were also homeless at that time. I even built a yurt for them beside mine.

Si-o: You live among the homeless?
*he was bothered by this*

Nam-soon: Yeah. I live for about a week before I........
*she paused, she almost blurted out that her real parents had found her and she's Gang Nam-soon*
Well a lot happened after that.
That didn't bothered me at all.
And here is the most exciting part!

Si-o: *listens attentively as he had reach halfway to her house*
Hmmmm

Nam-soon: the male neighbor help me earn money and so we auditioned in a drama casting, and I got the role of a young maiden who was accuse guilty by the Lord, and was flogged to death.

Si-o: *upset*
They flogged you?!
*he stopped walking, it seems the more she narrates, the more tragic the story becomes*

Si-o:*thoughts*
*If I find out who was responsible, what kind of torture is most suitable to them?*

Nam-soon: Don't worry. It wasn't a real wooden flogs. But it was still heavy so it made a sound when it hit my back.

Si-o: What drama is that?

Nam-soon whispers the drama title.

Nam-soon: But don't go telling anyone. I signed a contract not to disclose spoilers and I only told you since I trust you.
*pats his shoulder*
I endured filming that scene so once it airs, I hope they show my scene well.

Si-o grinned and his eyes light up when he heard her say that she trust him.

Si-o: Don't worry. Your scene will do well.
*he assured her*

He needs to remind his secretary to find out who the director of the Drama and those men who flogged her, needs to be taken care of too.

Nam-soon: *oblivious to the scheme brewing on his brain*
Yup. Lets watch my scene when the episode airs. Even if I only appear for a few seconds.
* she yawned quietly and leaned her head on his shoulder*

Si-o arrived to Nam-soon apartment.

He studied her surroundings and found out that you can see the stars in the sky.

There was a crescent moon and 2 stars shining brightly on each of its side crescent. It forms a 'smiling' crescent moon-face in the sky.

Nam-soon: *announce*
Home at least, you can put me down now Si-o.
*pats his shoulder to get his attention*

Si-o was surveying the rooftop apartment.
It looks like an old abandoned house from far away, but he didn't realize the one they were looking at was the back of the apartment building.

The front of the building was built facing the hillside, which is surrounded by trees. So it provides privacy to the other neighbors house. The trees and vines isolate the building.

Although that was what the exterior looks like, when he continued carrying her to the 3rd floor,he was met by warm colored led lights coiling on the balcony fence. There was a solar panel hanging on the left side.

The only furniture was a large wooden low-flat square bench placed in the middle of the rooftop deck. Koreans called it 'Pyung Sang Table'.

Nam-soon: *pats him harder*
You can put me down now

Si-o put Nam-soon on top of the bench.
When he turned to face her.
The height of the bench plus Nam-soon on top, made her caught up to Si-o tall stature.

They were facing each other in a leveled  position

Nam-soon: * grins*
Thanks for helping me Si-o.
You were so amazing today.
*she tap both his shoulder*

Nam-soon notice the sweat on the side of his face.
She raise her hand to wipe his sweat.

Nam-soon: *sincerely and softly*
Thanks for sending me home, Si-o.
You must have suffered.

Si-o eyes widen, he was caught unprepared by her again.
He was planning to just check-out Tsetseg's place since he couldn't see it from the car, then leave after he sent her home.

Si-o: I'm.... Its fine.
*smiles*
Go in Tsetseg. Its cold outside.

Nam-soon: *smiles and waves goodbye while looking at his expression*
See you tomorrow

Si-o: *smiles*
See you tomorrow

Sorry for the delay...
I just had to write the 5 chapters of ending scene first, otherwise I couldn't get any sleep since it keeps on, stuck in repeat, in my mind.
* its worth it, I just had to save him*
*fingers cross*

Now just had to continue writing the story scene towards it.
