Adrian watched as Harry looked down at his young master who was kneeling with his head lowered. He couldn't understand why the boy became cold indifferent and couldn't trust other people except his family.
"Why did you do that? You almost showed him death magic. I gave you orders not to do that unless in danger," Harry said, sighing.
"I didn't use anything," Theodore said coldly, his voice becoming more and more emotionless.
"You and I both know that isn't the slightest bit of the truth, Teddy," Harry said as he was starting to get impatient.
Theodore never admitted when he did anything wrong, prefering to remain tight-lipped. Harry hated when Theodore acted like this and would always throw the cruciatus curse at him, but today Harry was in a good mood, and he decided to shout only when Theodore kept being stubborn and arrogant.
"I don'tknow what you're talking about," Theodore said, remaining adamant. Harry sighed, having no energy to continue arguing on a pointless topic.
"But I trust you've done your job, but you must be more careful so you do not to act irresponsible," Harry said.
"I will do my best to make you pleased, uncle," Theodore said, bowing his head.
Harry smiled at how the little boy had grown much stronger than he had when he himself when was younger.
Harry got down on his knees, lowering himself to his godson's level. He raised his chin, looking into his eyes before hugging him.
"I'm not angry at you. I just want to know what made you to almost use your death and soul magic," Harry murmured in his ear.
"He mentioned them," Theodore mumbled.
"Who did he mention," Harry asked softly.
"My parents," Theodore said, his voice cracking in the middle, making Harry tense.
Theodore's parents had been a sore subject for Harry and Theodore, mainly Theodore. That was the main reason Harry felt like murdering someone he had specifically told everyone at the Manor not to even mention Teddy's parents but it looks like one of them forgot the new slave must also be warned he would deal with that later. He decided it was best to first comfort his godson, giving Death a sign he understood.
