New Life

NL: And it's my turn now, isn't it?

Jana: Yes. (The screen played the clip of Scott explaining the rules of New Life.)

DL: It's like my life, except no soulmates and you respawn five times as something completely random.

NL: Yeah, it's really confusing sometimes. Right now I'm a transporter, which means I can teleport.

S2: This life seems interesting.

S1: Not being able to eat certain things? What's up with that?

Jana: Well, there was this other life you had where you were a moth and you could only eat leather and then you died and became a vampire and could only drink blood and then you died and became an angel which could eat and drink everything thankfully.

DL(Freaking out.): Why is it every single other life seems to be so... so weird?! He's an elf, he's a witch, he's a teleporter, and he's this colorful emperor person-

S2: I'm the odd one out, I guess.

DL: No, I am, because I'm just a regular person who's always dumped in crazy Minecraft servers!

Jana: Calm down, Scott, there are other regular people.

DL: There better be.

WC: And besides, you're just as good as the rest of us.

DL(Sarcastically.): Yeah, right.

WC: I'm not joking. You're technically the most hardcore out of all of us. You can survive in a world with limited resources where everyone's out to kill each other and you were the one who lasted the longest while your best stuff is always being filched when you die. I don't count that as regular.

S1: Now that you mention it, he also did it on three lives. And people like Joel and Pearl on the server.

S2: Reminds me of some kind of post-apocalyptic survivor.

DL(Considering.): Hm, that does sound rather sick.

NL: Yeah, he's great.

DL: Thanks.

S1(When they saw Griff the hippo.): Is that Joel?

S1: What in the world is he?

WC: I have no idea.

NL: Yeah, same. (Then the clip of Scott making his automatic food farm with create came up on screen.)

S1: Create?

NL: It's this really steampunky mod where you can attach pistons and cogs and things together in a really mathematical way to have moving parts and things to do interesting stuff.

DL: I'm not sure I understand it.

NL: Yeah, it takes a while to get used to.

S2: fWhip would definitely love it.

NL: Yeah, he's probably got the most create stuff on the server so far. (The screen played the clip of Scott settling down and building his starter base, and then meeting Sparrow and Gem and fWhip.)

S2: The orange and teal combination looks really good.

NL: Thanks. I thought I'd try a nice matching color scheme.

WC: Why is that strange man spying on you?

NL: Oh, that's just Sparrow. He's my bestie.

S1: So he's trying to get powers of his own?

DL: I can understand why.

NL: Yeah, he's just this regular person whose plane crashed next door to me. He's really fun to mess with!
