Mortals and Demigods/gods meet Percabeth and Other Important People too

Harry Potter

"Oi Ron! Grab me a cloak will ya" I shouted in his direction. 

"No problem," was the only response I heard back before taking off towards the Dark Forest. 

"I still CANNOT believe we're required to gather materials from this wretched place for potions class!" Hermione sighed with an eye roll. 

"Listen, we don't even need to go that far. Plus, it's not like I've never been. Right, Ron?" I ask. 

Ron replies, "Er, sure, if you don't consider the almost dying part..."

"Shut up, okay, nobody asked..." I reply. But Ron's reply is drowned out by Hermione's shriek as I look up and see two armored men standing guard chatting near a tree. 

I lift my wand and yell, "Who are you?!" to the men who pretend to not hear anything. I take a step closer and signal to Ron and Hermione to stay where they are. 

"If you don't answer me, you won't be happy with what'll happen next," I warn, but one of the men takes off his helmet and it's...just a boy. A very handsome boy, I would think, at least according to the squeak that just came from Hermione. 

"Listen, man, we're not here to cause any trouble okay? We're just visiting and will be gone shortly" The blonde one stated, "And we're not scared of your little potion-y tricks, so just keep moving." I was shocked at the accent I heard. He... wasn't from here. 

The one still wearing a helmet snort-laughed and said "Dude why do you make us sound like jerks. We are trespassing on their property. The name's Percy, " as he held out his hand. "And this is my cousin Jason. But he's right. We're just waiting for a friend of ours and then we'll be gone."

I look back at Ron and Hermione and am greeted with a shrug and a wave of encouragement. 

"Do you not know who I am??" I ask. "I am THE Harry Potter! The chosen one!"

Jason turns to his partner and states, "Hey do you think they give that name out to common people casually?" Then he turns to me, his facial expression blank, and mocks my tone, "Well he is THE Percy Jackson, so."

"I've never heard of you before," I state, "but surely you can tell me what you're doing in MY forest?"

But the blonde guy shakes his head. Then the other one - Percy - says "Oh wait! They're on their way back. Maybe we could just show 'em. Eh?" Percy suggests as he shoves his cousin and points further into the forest. 

We all turn around in sync and my eyes cannot believe myself: a gorgeous woman is walking on the side of a Centaur twice her size, engaging in normal conversation, and walking right our way. 

The centaur approaches me and with a suspicious look on his face says, "Ah is this Harry Potter? I have heard much about you."

I turn to the man and smugly reply, "It sure is, although I do not believe we have met before."

"No, I cannot say we have," is his only reply. He stalks toward the guards with the lady as she locks hands with still helmeted boy. I try to hide my disappointment in the fact that she has a boyfriend, but I can't say I'm surprised. I mean have you seen her??

The four of them turn to walk away, deeper into the forest, on a path I've never seen before. "Wait!" I call out, "Aren't you going to explain what you're doing here before you leave?"

"I didn't know we needed your permission to walk these grounds, when they do not belong to you" were the first words from she-who-broke-my-heart. 

"They may not," Hermione states, "but this is our school. You don't go walking around on other's school grounds during classes do you?"

The centaur loomed cautiously, "Well my dear. We have permission from Dumbledore, do not worry."

I snorted, "please. You expect me to believe you can just throw Dumbledore's name like that around and we'll let you walk away?"

The centaur smiled lightly, "Well of course he made an exception for me to bring a few muggles along, but he always complies when I request to meet with my family. He is a dear friend."

Hermione peered over my shoulder, "Muggles?? You mean you're just regular people walking through the Forbidden Forest with a Centaur." Her eyes pointed at the handsome blonde she was definitely crushing on. 

"Er, that's not exactly how I would describe us..." Percy said. "It's a little hard to explain. But Annabeth came along to help out with finding clues for our quest." 

"Dude" Jason sighed as Annabeth nudged him and whispered something under her breath like 'Seaweed Brain.'

"You're telling me you're here on a quest?" Ron decided to finally speak up. 

"Yea, what kind of quest would a couple of muggles and a centaur be on?" Hermione questions. Her eyebrows slightly raised. 

"That's classified information" Jason spoke at the same time as Percy said "Who said anything about a quest??" while looking around sheepishly. 

The hot chick, Annabeth, turned to the centaur and said "You don't think she could be...?" The centaur ponders her question and says, "It's possible, but I wouldn't get your hopes up."

Annabeth spoke again, "But it would explain her being able to attend Hogwarts as a muggle" and again the centaur pondered.

Hermione looked between the two of them and asked, "What on Earth are you two suggesting?" 

Percy looked at Hermione sideways while Annabeth stepped forward and grabbed Hermione's hand and whispered.

"We're suggesting the possibility of you being my sister."

It's only been like years since I've been active, BUT in light of the new PJO series being released on Disney+ on Dec. 20th I have decided to write some more short stories to get every PJO lover excited. Hopefully, if you read this story years ago, my new episodes will help you love Percy Jackson again (or continue to love) to prepare the both of us to watch Percy on the big screen (in my living room).

I do understand that my writing style is a little different, but I hope you'll still read, vote, and comment. I am always looking for any suggestions for these short stories if you want to comment here ----->
