Kalani Journey Salvage
I walked through the hospital doors with murda on the phone. i walked up to the front desk "Hi my name is Kalani Salvage i was informed my mom died but my sibling survived and im now the legal guardian" i said and then sighed.
"you good ma" murda asked and i nodded "Ok ma'am have a seat and one of our nurses will guide you to the newborn section in just a minute" she said smiling and i nodded and went to sit down.
(kalani birthday did recently pass so she is 18!)
"Ms. Salvage?" a nurse said and i looked up and got up and walked over to here "that's me" i said "alright come on" she said and i followed her "so the baby is totally healthy and well" she said and i sighed in relief.
"is it a boy or girl?" i asked "a little boy he's so handsome with a head full of hair" she said smiling "you also get to pick a name" she added and i nodded "do you have a partner that will help you raise the child" she asked.
i nodded looking murda he smiled "alright here he is" she said and my face softened "do you have a name in store or do u want some time?" she asked and i nodded "Amiri Jaylen Salvage" i said
if yall think im stupid for naming the baby after kyrie then go cry bout it.
"you deadass Kalani" Kyrie said smiling showing all 32 😂 i nodded smiling and i washed my hands and picked up my baby "look Ky" i said and he looked at amiri and smiled "ya look jus alike" he said and i looked at amiri and he smiled at me.
"he just smileddd" i asked excited and kyrie laughed "you gon be a great mom you hear me" he said and i nodded "i hear you" i said kissing amiri's forehead
"now hurry up and get home i miss you annoying ass" he said and i mugged him.
Back at the house.
i changed my lil chubby in a lil cute outfit and i got cute myself and i took pictures

i got all my bags together and mir doors bag ready with his milk and extra outfits and etc. i called the uber and i looked through the house making sure everything was clean and tidy like how i found it.
i turned off all the lights and walked outside with mir on my hips and the bags in my hands and i locked the door and walked out to the uber. he helped putting the suitcase in the car and then drove to the airport.
once we made it i already checked in from my phone so i jus put my suitcase on the conveyor belt, and then walk through TSA. i got through and went to find my gate. i sat down and mir started crying so i got out his bottle and mixed up the water and formula and shook it and laid him in my arms.
after he finished i burped him and he soon fell asleep.
i got on my phone and called murda to let him know when to pick me up. he answered on the 3 ring.
"Wsp pretty" he answered and i smiled "hey handsome wydd" i asked and he turned the camera showing everyone else "hey bestie" miya and lena said "heyy" i said murda turned the camera back on him and i could tell her gotta haircut.
"i like to haircut stink" i said and he started feelin himself making me laugh "you ain't him gang stop it" spooki said in the back making everyone laugh and he mugged tf outta them making them stop.
"anyways kyriee i'm landing home around 4:56 so be at the airport waiting for me" i said being serious "Flight 3832 To NewYork Jfk boarding now" i heard and i got up slowly picking up the diaper bag and my purse .
"Ight ma ima be there" murda and and i nodded "ima talk to you later ima board now" and i and and he blew me a kiss "SIMP" spooki yelled and i chuckled blowing the kiss back and hung up.
Couple minutes later
we got on the plane safely and mir was still sleeping peacefully. we found our seat and i laid him on my lap putting the blanket under his neck giving him support.
i prayed and then took out my other blanket and put it over me and him. and leaned up against the window.
Murda's Pov
Kalani don't gotta worry abt nun i told her i got her. Today i went out with the gang and bought strollers car seats high chairs diapers clothes shoes everything lil mir want.
i still can't believe phat gave him my middle name. shits crazy but i'm grateful for dat. i been fuckin wid lani for a couple months now and im glad i made ha mine from the jump.
But i Alreayd told ms clover lani was moving out cuz she had a baby now and she was fine with it. i got lani a 3 bedroom condo cuz i wasnt gon force her to move in wid a nigga so i jus got her ha own place type shit.
ya must think dis migga down bad. Nah i'm just returning ms clover a favor and taking care of her granddaughter since there a much i could do for her more than i already do.
the money i spend buying allat shit i can make ins day so ian worried abt the money i jus want my shawty to be safe.
it was coming around to 3:48 and i started getting ready to go get lani from the airport. i tuck my metal in my pants and grab a stack. i stopped and got food fa phat cuz ik ha hungry ass hungry.
i got to the airport and parked in the parking lot and ate my food until it was 5 . i took a lil nap and woke up to it being 5:10 and i jumped up and turned on the car and whipped round to terminal 4.
i seen her with the baby on her hip and i parked and got out and she smiled and i walked over and kissed her "hey phat" i said "hey stinkaa i missed u" she said hugging me we let go after a mintue n i took her bags.
i put em in the car and i took amiri and put him in the car seat "you didn't" she said pouting and i laughed "i told you i got chu" i said and she tippy toed to kiss me and i kissed her back.
"i love you" she said and i was shocked cuz it was her first time saying that and we been tg for months "i love you more phat" i said and she smiled and got in the back to feed lil man.
