Ship: Thad x Uzi

Summary: Uzi tries to leave the colony due to the absolute solver but Thad convinces her to stay.

Uzi POV:

I'm in class when I start feeling tired and hot. I quickly fan myself but thenI start glitching. I realize quickly that i'm starting to overheat. I quickly look around and see no one has noticed. I look into my bag and find a small can of oil. I quickly drank some until I realized that I ran out. "Dammit", I mutter as I quickly put the can back in my bag. I start to panic as the 'overheating' warning comes up on my screen. I quickly grab my bag and run out of the class. I can't risk going rogue in a class full of worker drones. I quickly use my keycard, more like my dad's keycard, to go out. I tried to think of what to do. I quickly hid behind some corpses as I heard someone walking out. "Now to just take a random walk out in the snow." said some worker drone. I quickly lost it and pounced onto them. "AHHHH" screamed the worker drone as I ripped their limbs and drank their sweet and delectable oil. After a few seconds I snapped their neck and ripped off their head. The screaming ceased as I quickly devoured the drone. I returned to normal after a while. I looked down at my hands and saw them covered in oil. I quickly wiped it off on the snow. I fix and clean myself as I get ready to enter the bunker. I go in and go straight to my room. As I was walking I passed by Thad. "Oh hey Uzi" I lightly blushed and quickly replied, "Oh hi thad" "You and N are still up for my shid dig this week?" "Uh I think, i'll talk to him later, bye" I quickly waved and walked away. I eventually made it home. I sighed as I passed out on my bed. This is becoming too much. I have to keep a can of oil in my bag and have to be careful when pulling it out. It would be weird for a worker drone to have a can of oil and DRINK IT; and it's becoming more and more riskier trying to blend in with everyone. I can't risk going rogue and killing everyone. Especially Thad. I just don't know what to do.

3rd Person:

Uzi starts to consider all her options. The only thing she can think of is leaving the colony. Leaving the colony means that she can't hurt anyone, only those who venture out of the bunker. She's sure N won't mind her staying with him and V. But she's unsure about it. I mean, it's not that she cares about anyone in the colony, only Thad and her father somewhat. After some thought she decides she'll leave tonight. She quickly gets up and grabs her backpack and starts filling it with stuff. She writes a note to her dad explaining that she left and that to not come looking for her. She waits a little for the sun to go down. She feels guilty about leaving but knows this is what has to be done. She's too dangerous. She takes a quick nap and puts an alarm to wake her.

~2 hours later~

3rd Person:

Uzi is woken up by her alarm. She quickly stops it and gets her bag. She gets her railgun and takes one last look at her room then leaves. As she's walking she pulls out her key card. She had made a copy of it so she could leave the bunker without stealing her dad's. As she's walking. She hears footsteps coming from in front. Uzi tenses up thinking it's her dad. She tries to find somewhere to hide but can't find anywhere. She puts away her key card and gets ready to make up an excuse. But then sees that it's none other than Thad. Maybe it would have been better if it was her dad.

Uzi's POV:

"Hey, Uzi! WHat are you doing out right now?" "Hey Thad, nothing much, just going to see N" "Oh sweet, can I tag along?" "Uh, no, sorry. N wanted to talk about something privately" "Oh, ok, that's fine" "maybe next time?" "Sure" I felt so bad for lying but I couldn't tell him the truth. "See ya" I start to walk off when the solver symbol pops up. I freak out and start running.
