Deciding to do things the "normal" way today, you fish your phone out of your handbag. Looking up Gojo's contact, you then proceed to call his number as you walk down the bustling streets of Tokyo, not having a destination in mind, just walking as a distraction.

The phone dials for roughly five seconds before you hear Gojo himself, cheery as ever, on the other side of the phone line.

"Now what do I owe the pleasure to, getting a call from you, Y/n?"

You can practically feel the shit-eating grin Gojo is currently sporting on the other side of the phone.

Smirking to yourself, you respond to Gojo's cheeky remark, "Well, aren't you the charmer? Just wanted to check in, see how the "strongest" Jujutsu Sorcerer is doing."

"Oh, you know me, always at the peak of my game. But I sense there's more to this call than just checking in. What's on your mind, Y/n?" Gojo replies, a hint of curiosity in his voice.

You pause for a moment, contemplating how much information you should share. Eventually, you decide to be straightforward, "I overheard some news about a curse incident at Sugisawa Municipal High School. Anything you can tell me about it? I have a feeling it might be connected to our recent encounters."

There's a brief silence on the other end, and then Gojo sighs, "Figured you'd catch wind of it. Yeah, it's bad. I'm on my way to deal with the aftermath. We might be in for a rough ride."

The gravity of Gojo's words settles in, and you respond with a determined tone, "I'll be ready. Let me know if you need any assistance. We're in this together, after all."
