Jake Visits

As I walked into the lab I was greeted by Bree "Hey Dani how are you doing?" She asked. "Great so far, why do you ask?" I said questioning her concern. "Well after you got attacked by Sebastian and you almost went down with a helicopter on our last mission I just I'm worried about you." Bree said.

"Bree don't worry I'm fine." I told her and she lightly nodded. "So are you going to tell Jake or your parents about Sebastian?" Bree asked. "No way my dad is busy in the office I don't want to put more stress on him, my mom is pregnant the last thing I want to do is worrry her even more, and if Jake ever found out he would drag me out of the academy and bring me back home." I finished explaining.

"Please Jake would not do that." Bree said. "He's my brother he's super protective over me trust me telling him would be a bad idea." I said about to walk away but the doors to the hydroloop opened.

And yup you guessed it, it was Jake. "Surprise!" He said and I ran over to him and hugged him. "Jake what are you doing here? How did you get here?" I asked excitedly.

"I couldn't miss out on visiting my baby sis becoming a mentor! And Mr. Davenport thought it would be a good idea to surprise you." Jake said. "Well mission accomplish she is very surprised by your sudden appearance." Bree said. Adam, Chase and Leo then all walked in.

"Hey Jake is here." Adam said. "It was about time." Leo said. "So what brings you here Jake?" Chase asked. "Oh I just came to visit Dani and the rest of you and see how you're all doing." Jake said.

"We're all doing great but hey Adam, Chase and Leo how about you give Jake a tour of the Island." Bree said. "Okay sure." Jake said. "Lets go then we have a lot to show you." Adam said and all the guys walked away. "That was close thanks Bree." I said.

"No problem I know you don't want him to find out about Sebastian so as long as the boys keeps him busy you'll be good." Bree said and I smiled. "Thank you once again Bree you're a lifesaver." I said while walking away to prepare my class for an upcoming assignment/test.

~Jake's POV~

After the guys had showed me around the island I had to say it was pretty cool and I'm glad she's gotten this far I couldn't be more prouder of my sister. "So how has my sister been doing in the missions? Has she gotten into any trouble?" I asked.

"Like almost going down with a helicopter when it slid off a building? What nooo.." Chase trailed off nervously while looking away. "Or getting attacked by Sebastian and now he's after her and wants to destroy her.. Nope nothing like that." Adam continued.

Leo then made a face at them telling them to be quiet but when he saw that I caught him he started laughing nervously "What a wild imagination do these two have saying things that are completely made up." Leo said glaring at them and gritting his teeth.

"Okay what happened someone start talking now." I said. "Okay Sebastian we didn't want to tell you but Sebastian is after Dani and won't stop until he has her and on our last mission she almost when down with a helicopter but Leo pulled her up with his bionic arm." Adam explained.

"I can't believe she wouldn't tell me!" I said standing up and walking to where Dani was as the guys followed behind me quickly. "Dani!" I exclaimed clearly upset.

~Dani's POV~

"Dani!" Jake shouted while walking over to me he was clearly upset. "How could you not tell me that Sebastian is after you and that he won't stop until he destroys you!" Jake exclaimed. "Because I knew you would be upset just like how you are right now." I said.

"How could I not? Your my little sister I have to protect you." Jake said. "Jake in here on the island I'm safe." I said. "No Dani your not which is why I'm taking you back home." Jake said grabbing my wrist and pulling me. "What?!" Leo said shocked.

"No you can't!" Bree continued. "Jake Dani is in good hands you have to believe us we will protect her and we will not let anything happen to her." Chase said. "No she's coming home and that's final." Jake said.

"Wait isn't there some way in which she can stay? We need her here she's one of our best mentors." Leo said. "The only way in which she could stay is if I stayed here too." Jake said. "No way." I said. "Okay then let's go." He said dragging me away.

Adam, Bree, Chase and Leo just looked at me waiting to tell Jake that he could stay. "Okay fine you can stay." I said giving up. "I'll go set up your room." Adam said and him and Jake walked away and I stood there crossing my arms. "Dani he's only doing his to protect you." Chase said.

"Well I can take care of myself I don't need him." I said. "You might think that right now but you'll see sooner or later that him staying was probably the best thing he could do." Leo said. "Don't worry Dani with Jake here you'll be even safer." Bree said. "I hope I will." I said.
