Game V.S. Gamer (A Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Story) *ON HOLD*

YOU SHOULD REALLY READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE!!

Hey, there. I'm sorry for the caps lock that looks like yelling, but how else was I supposed to get your attention, especially on something this important?!

*sighs* At any rate, in case you weren't aware, this particular story is a choose-your-own adventure story. It works basically like a reader insert, except instead of you having a romantic interest with a guy/girl from a favorite movie, anime, or videogame franchise, you're taking your own adventure where you can make your own choices. Sound confusing? Well, hopefully this particular part will clear things up for you...

Da Rules! (Yes, we have rules for this story! But it's chill! I put them here for good reason!)
~ Firstly, do not read the chapters in the order that they are written or updated, with the only exception being the first actual chapter of the story. I know this sounds bizzare, but just trust me. Reading chapters in the order of updatedness will only make your life super confusing - both in the story and outside of it. Plus, it's most likely going to give you spoilers, not to mention it's totally cheatish.
~ Second, be patient with the updates themselves. It takes forever for me to write chapters, considering I get very descriptive and sometimes encounter writer's block. If there's a particular choice/chapter you're waiting for on the timeline you've chosen, please be patient. It will come out in time.
~ Third, please remember that at the end of each chapter, you will encounter a choice to be made. This choice determines which chapter you will read, which ultimately changes the course of the entire story (for better or worse, I kinda can't say...). That being said, please only read the chapter you've chosen until you come to a point where Rule 5 will apply...
~Fourth, realize that I will be writing this story with the main character (you) as a girl. This makes the story easier to write on my end. If you are reading this and you're actually a man, then please feel free to change the gender of the character to whatever is true for you in real life.
~ And, for the fifth and final rule, you are allowed to re-read and re-choose as many times as you wish. When you reach an *END* at the finishing point of certain chapters, it does by no means conclude your story. Should you wish, you may read through from the beginning and make different choices, thereby finding multiple endings. All I ask is that, out of curiousity, write a comment when you reach one and tell me what you thought of that particular timeline, so I might get better ideas for other books/stories of a similar nature.

-> (rq/i) stands for ragequit insult...because (spoiler alert) (y/n) ragequits in one of the chapters. You may make the insult as.... COLORFUL as you wish...

Gamer is completely fictional, and should there be persons or events which correlate to real-life occurences or individuals, just know that said correlation is entirely coincidental.
