Anniversary

It's been a while since you've been kicked out of the Digidestined,but Yolei did call you, telling you that it's the 4 year anniversary since the Digidestined defeated Myotismon and she wants you to join them and set things straight.

You stand on a hill, looking at the Digidestined as they're picnicking under a tree at the park,Yolei sees you and beckons you over. You hesitate,but after a few seconds,you build up the courage to head down. Davis is the first to notice you.

Davis: Y/n! What are you doing here?

Matt: If you're here to take Kari,you're outnumbered.

Yolei: Cool it,guys! I invited him here.

You look at Kari and she gives you a dubious look

T.k: How are you doing?

Y/n: Fine.

Meowth and Dorumon join you with Meowth heading over to Gatomon

Gatomon: I missed you, Meowth.

Meowth: Same here.

You walk over to Kari

Y/n: Kari...

She looks away, you walk up to her and give her an apologetic hug.

Y/n: Kari. I'm sorry...a million times over,I'm sorry....I..I should've told you when we met in school.

Kari hugs you back,a tear coming down her face.

Kari: I can't blame you for it, Dragomon had you under his thumb.

Y/n: Thanks...but I'm gonna make it up to you...

Kari: How?

Y/n: Joe! You have medical training, right?

Joe: Yeah. Why do you ask?

You take out a switchblade

Y/n: I want you to cut this Dark Spore out of me.

Kari: What!?

Y/n: I'm gonna make sure Dragomon never controls me again! I tried to get it out last night,but it's in there deep. That's why I want Joe here to give me a Dark Spore-ectomy.

Dorumon: Y/n! Don't!

Y/n: Why?! Is it gonna kill me?

Dorumon:  No,but if you remove it,I'll no longer be able to Digivolve.

Sora: What do you mean?

Dorumon: That Dark Spore is the link between Y/n and his digivice. If he removes it,he loses his link,meaning I can't Digivolve at all.

Y/n: Well..... it's worth it.

T.k: You don't have to-

Y/n: T.k, if this means I won't be controlled anymore, I'm going through with it.

T.k: Yeah,but we need Dorumon in case we get cornered.

Y/n: No,you don't. Yolei! Did you tell them?

Yolei: I.... didn't.

Cody: What is it?

Yolei: Well,Y/n and I found out that we can use the Digi-eggs to reach our champion forms by channeling the energy to our digivices...as well as finding out that we can open Digi ports from any computer.

Izzy: Prodigious! I was gonna test that out today.

T.k: So,that's how Patamon and Gatomon were able to Digivolve?

Y/n: Yeah... Dorumon here told me that I could transfer energy from the Digi-egg of Darkness to your digivices.

Tai looks at Dorumon

Tai: You knew that and yet,you didn't tell us? There was literally dozens of times that information would've helped!

Dorumon: Well,that was all privileged information that I decided to reveal...not to mention that none of you asked.

Mimi: How do you even know all of this?

Dorumon: Dragomon programmed me with all this information stored.

Y/n: Anyways,Joe, ready to perform your first surgery?

Joe: I'm not eve-

Kari: Don't do it,Joe.

Kari then pulls you closer to her

Kari: T.k has a good point. We're gonna need Dorumon.

Y/n: But what abo-

Kari: Don't worry. If he controls you again, we'll help snap you out of it.

Y/n: I mean,yeah,I broke free,but I'm not su-

Kari interrupts you by pressing her lips against yours in a passionate kiss

Y/n: Wha....?

Kari: Apology accepted.

You smile at her

Y/n:....I love you,Kari.

Kari: I know...and I love you,too.

You then kiss again

Matt just looks at this with a "Seriously?" Expression

Matt: T.k?

T.k: What?

Matt: Aren't you mad?

T.k: No. As much as I love Kari,I want her to be happy,and if that means she won't be with me,then so be it.

Davis: I am. Kari's supposed to be my girl!

Kari breaks your make out session and turns to Davis

Kari: Davis! I'm not interested in you,get over it! Besides,do you even really like me? Or do you just want me,so you can suck up to Tai more?

Meowth looks at Davis with a smirk

T.k: Damn!

Yolei then walks over to you and Kari

Yolei: Hey,Y/n,why don't you give me some sugar as well?

Y/n: Alright, come here.

You pull Yolei in for a kiss

Kari: Wait,What?

Yolei: Oh,right,me and Y/n also started dating.

Kari just looks at you with a puzzled face

Y/n:(chuckles)..hope you don't mind sharing me.

Kari: It's....fine. but it'll take some getting used to.

You grab your girlfriends and embrace the 2 of them.

Y/n: So...may I join your get together?

Kari: Of course. We're just about to go pay our respects to Wizardmon.

Y/n: Cool.
