Hey guys sorry its been so long since I updated some stuff happened and I didn't want to write and I was worried if I forced myself to do it anyway I would end up killing off all of the characters which would not end well for me. I should be updating more consistently soon so here's another chapter.

Finally we got dismissed from detention, I watched from the door as the shorter boy slowly gathered his stuff and made his way over to me. We walked out of the building in silence neither one of us daring to make the first move. My mind was racing as I snuck glances at him, he had his eyes trained on the ground and a thin sheen of sweat on his face. I would suggest that he take off his hoodie but I don't want to make him more uncomfortable. As I studied his face more intently I could see something around his eyes, was that... eyeliner? Usually I thought eyeliner looked pretty weird on people but damn he looks great in it. My eyes traveled around his face some more, he had rosy cheeks with an adorable splash of freckles across his nose. Then his lips, they were full and pink god, I just wanted to-

"Are, are you o-okay?" Felix's voice suddenly snapped me out of my thinking, god his voice was beautiful

"Yeah I'm fine," I say as I clear my throat realizing I was staring at him, "Do you want to stop at the park?"

"Sure," He replies softly moving his bag further up on his shoulder

We walk a bit more and arrive at a bench hidden by trees in the park. He sits down as I tie my shoe then join him on the bench, his bag is lying next to him and I can see a black notebook sticking out. I made a mental note to ask him about it later but for now I want to talk to him about something more important. I needed to know if he was okay. The few times I've seen people talk to him he panics and freezes or runs, he always wears sweatshirts, and it looks like he hasn't slept in forever even though I've watched him sleep through class on so many occasions. I can tell he's starting to get nervous the longer we sit here the more he fidgets with his sleeves.

"Hey can I ask you something?"

He jerks his head up as I ask, he looks at me warily before slowly, tentatively nodding.

"Are you okay? I don't just mean because of earlier, but you just seem kind of out of it at school. You don't have to answer, I know you barely know me and probably don't even want to talk to me but I just wanted to check."

He looks like he's gonna pass out, he looks terrified. For a few moments I wonder if he's gonna scream at me or just glare at me or write me a strongly worded note. I see him take a few deep breaths before he turns to face me more.

"Yeah, I'm do-doing okay. I just don't really, really like sch-school much," he glances around frantically avoiding eye contact as if he was worried that I was gonna do something to him if he looked at me.

I open my mouth to say something but he suddenly jumps up mumbling an excuse about remembering he told his parents he'd be home soon.
