I am sooooooo sorry that i haven't updated in over a week!!!! School has been really hectic with all these tests, extra curriculars, homework, competitions, etc. This is just a short little insight on Colton's thoughts. I probably won't be able to update a full chapter until this weekend so bare with me!!
I put up a lyric video in chapter 9 on the song that i mentioned without a name from the club. I also added some actors/models to play characters. I'm still looking for the rest of the cast and if i put a character that could be portrayed by a better actor then please tell me. I'm open to other candidates.

Chapter 9 1/4:
Colton’s P.O.V.
2:00 a.m.
I’ve been home for about an hour, and I haven’t stopped thinking about Rose. My mind keeps replaying our dance over and over again. The way her hips moved. The swaying of her hair. The light sweat that made her glow. Everything about her made my heart speed up.
I think I like her.
I can’t believe I’m falling for a girl. After all these years of staying away from commitment, I want it? How can this be happening to me? My heart feels like it’s screaming for her. I like Rose. I’m so in over my head.
She doesn’t even like me. She was all over that guy in the club. I wouldn’t be surprised if he gave her his number. Jay even kissed her today. She doesn’t even want a boyfriend! Ugh! This is why I hate relationships! They’re so complicated!
I rolled over in my bed and just scram into my pillow. I felt like such a girl thinking about relationships while the one I like is a player. It should be the other way around. I looked up at my ceiling and let out a huge sigh. I’m going crazy. That’s the only conclusion I can come to.
Now that I’ve established I like Rose, what am I supposed to do? Confess to her? I don’t think so. I’ll just test out these “feelings” of mine for her. Let’s see how deep I’m in. I’m going to go back to the deal we had before.
As soon as I finally got a plan in my head, I felt sleeping creeping up on me. I had about six hour until I had to get up for school so I should probably get some sleep already. Tomorrow would be my test run. I need all the energy I can get. My eyes closed and I slowly drifted off into sleep.
