IN THE FOREST

I woke up in the middle of the forest, so cold and scared. The sharp Ray's of the full moon piercing into my eyes.
I found myself on the forest floor, surrounded by dried leaves and gritted trees. It was so dark, which I hated the most.

As I tried to stand, I noticed that I couldn't, cause my left leg was bleeding from a strange  mark. The marks were four lines and so long.
That was when the piercing pain hit me like a boulder.

" Ugh!" I yelled in pain as I tried to adjust my injured leg. In response to my loud groan, I heard footsteps scattering the dried leaves. I didn't know how and when I managed to stand and I hid behind a forest tree.

The footsteps became even faster and closer to and it followed by a continuous soft growl. I was out stormed by the overwhelming speed of the figure that growled. It was now standing in front of me. It's eyes were brightened. It seemed like a torch light. I couldn't see too well because of  the night darkness and because I was too scared and my adrenaline was just pumping and I awaited the right time to take off. Just as I took off, I found it standing in front of me, giving me a heartache.

I didn't understand where and how I got the strength to fight.
I completely forgot my injured leg.
I picked up a strong tree branch from the side of its tree and stood at defense in front of the ferocious figure. It growled at me so much that I got frightened.
The next I knew was, it attacked me with it's sharp.... fingers, what seemed to be.....claws. It grabbed my shoulder and I fell with a thug on the floor, being scratched by the same branch I picked that fell off my hand. My head was spinning but I continued fighting for my life. I kept kicking and trying to punch but it's grip was too tight and suffocating. I was now loosing my vision. It was becoming blurry and I could no longer keep fighting.

"No!!" I didn't yell at it but yelled cause I wasn't ready to loose consciousness. This just wasn't the right time. I was at the middle of the forest, late at night and alone with a terrifying beast. What would become of me if I actually  became unconscious? What would it do to me? I can't leave myself alone with it. My thoughts also became blurry and uncoordinated and my struggling, futile. My head was spinning a lot that I pulled out one of my arms, while still struggling to support my twirling head. The creature had the chance to get closer to my neck, breathing heavily on me.

" Ugh!" I groaned as my dizziness persisted but even worse. I couldn't see clearly but only double. I tried so hard to keep my eyes open but my vision was just fading quickly. Immediately, the creature stood off me, now panting heavily.
I couldn't tell where it was, but could by its panting, moving of leaves and I felt a huge weight lifted off me. I guess I couldn't control my unconciousness or  my body either. I placed my struggling hands on my belly and everywhere began to darken. My eyes glued shut.
