𝙲𝚑𝚊𝚙𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚝𝚠𝚘

'only one way to find out'

It had been two solid hours.

And unluckily you hadn't been fired.

You groaned to yourself as you watched the clock 'That bastard didn't tell me how long I was gonna work for' You thought.

You were so dumb and inexperienced in working you didn't even ask how long you would be working for, you were just so smart, And just how did you pull Mina? You had no freaking idea.

While you were ranting to yourself you didn't notice that Shoto had come up to you.

"Y/n  we'll be doing shift changes in a few so you can head back and get ready if you'd like."

You smiled and nodded "Oh! Yeah! Thanks!" You said as you walked past him going to the 'EMPLOYEES ONLY' area. 

Once you walked back there you could see two other people back there, they were sitting on the couch and they were sucking each others faces off.

Gross.

You assumed that they worked there, considering the fact that they were back there and wearing the uniforms.

You adverted your gaze from them. Then realization hit you 'Is that what people think once i'm with Mina in public?' Because not going to lie, out in public you kissed Mina a lot, like a LOT.

With that fresh, amazing thought in your mind you walked over to your hook and grabbed you clothes from it and walked over to the bathroom to change, locking the door behind you.

You yawned and took off your shirt, You just wanted to go home and cuddle with Mina for a bit.

You slipped on the cropped tee you had on before. Then you took of you pants and slid on the shorts you had on earlier.

You walked out of the bathroom and saw the people on the couch being scolded by Shoto you rolled your eyes and closed the bathroom door behind you.

You walked over to your hook and put the uniform there. 

Once you turned around Shoto was right up in your face "Fuck, you scared me. What do you want Shoto?" You asked.

He smiled at you and moved slightly away from you "Oh... sorry." He apologized, putting his hand behind his head "Here's a schedule for all the day's that you'll be working for the next month." He said handing you a a small piece of paper.

You took the paper from him and looked at it "Oh, sorry I can't work next Monday, my girlfriend and I have a event to attend to." You said while shoving the paper in your pocket.

"Oh...." He frowned looking at your pocket where you had shoved the paper.

  (Poor guy probably made it all nice for you and everything)

 After a few seconds he looked back up at you and smiled softly "Sorry about that, I'll find someone to cover your shift." He said softly.

"That's perfect! Thanks." You said before walking away. 

"See you tomorrow!" He called out after you.

"See you tomorrow" You replied as you walked out of the 'EMPLOYEES ONLY' area.

'Finally.' You thought as you weaved your way through the store to the exit.

You exited the doors and peered across the street at the smoke shop.

You paused and stared at it 'Don't do it Y/n....' You thought as you continued to look at it. You twisted you ring back and forth, in a nervous habit.

 You quickly tore your eyes from the smoke shop and walked to the crosswalk.

You pressed the button so you could cross "Wait." The voice said. You waited a few seconds then pressed it again "Wait." It said again.

 You sighed and looked across the street at the smoke shop 'Don't do it Y/n. Don't even fucking think about it.'  You thought as you heard the button say "Please continue to the crosswalk." You looked over at it and crossed the street.

'don't, don't, don't, don't, don't'  You repeated in your mind.

You finished crossing the street and walked into the smoke shop.

'Too late.'  You thought as you took in your surroundings.

You looked around the foreign yet familiar surroundings, it vaguely reminded you of the candy shop, it was oddly bright and colorful, you felt like a kid in a candy store, except there was no candy.

You walked around, taking in your surroundings as you walked to the back of the store were you knew the cigarettes were.

You turned the corner and smiled as you saw the cigarettes on the wall hanging there innocently in neat little rows. 

You walked up to them and grabbed two packs off the wall, you looked at them in your hand 'Mina's not going to be happy...' you thought as you looked at them.

"Too late..." You murmured under your breath as you grabbed another pack and walked to the counter.

You smiled at the familiar face behind the counter, he was smoking a cigarette and you saw his eyes light up once he noticed you. "L/n! I haven't seen you in forever! How are ya?" He asked.

You smiled and placed the packs on the counter "Nothing much. How have you been Sero?" You asked as he looked down at the packs of cigarettes.

"Nothing much." He said shrugging, he looked back down at the cigarettes. "That's it?" He asked with a raised brow "Nothing to celebrate for?" He asked taking a drag from his own cigarette.

You shrugged "Been trying to lower my amount of nicotine I inhale. Was hoping these could last me for the year." You shrugged 

His eyes widened "The year??? What you hate seeing me or something?" He joked as he rung them up.

You laughed softly "Well i'm going to that high school reunion with Mina so i'll see you there." You smiled 

He nodded and handed your cigarettes "You and Mina are still together?" He asked surprised

You raised a brow and nodded "Yeah... Why would you think that we aren't?" You asked as you handed him the 20 bucks.

He shook his head "Nevermind." He said and took the money from  you, avoiding eye contact. "Well it was nice finally seeing you again, come and visit again, i'm always free." He said with a smile.

You nodded and shoved the cigarettes in your pocket "Will do, see ya Sero." You said as you walked off.

"See ya L/n." He said.

You shook your head.

'Mina's going to be pissed.'

I had no idea what do do with  this chapter but i just suddenly got a burst of insporation so I was a good author and wrote smt.
