By the time she made it home after being released from the hospital word had already gotten to her father that she had given birth. It was only a matter of time before he put the hit out on her.
Lee Know had been personally assigned to take care of her while Changbin and the others was busy tracking down Junho and her fathers plans. All of Lee Know's other priorities were handed off to Han to take care of when he would visit Incheon for their regular check ins.
Young-Ae was placed in a bassinet on her side of the bed. She couldn't help but admire how beautiful she was. Her big round eyes sparkled like the night sky just as Changbin's does. She was definitely a mini clone of him already.
Lee Know peeked his head in the door. "You need anything Solé?" He called out to her. "No Minho." She answered as she reached down and lightly brushed Young-Ae cheek with her finger tips. He came in and walked over to them. "She looks so much like him." Lee Know cooed as he sat on the edge of the bed.
"You sure you don't need anything?" He looked back at her for a second. Young-Are reached up and grabbed Lee Know finger and held her. His eyes sparkled and filled with awe. "Actually could you watch her while I take a bath?" She leaned up in the bed.
"Of course." He stood from the bed and held his hands out to her. Helping her to her feet as they made their way to the bathroom. "Thank you, Lee Know." She cooed at him before he walked out shutting the door behind him.
Lee Know POV:
Leaving the door cracked as he shut it behind him. Walking back over to the bed and sat down. Looking down at Young-Are who was looking up at him. He reached down and stroked her cheek softly.
He was in awe with how small and beautiful she was. Letting out a smile giggle as she smiled at him. He carefully picked her up and held her in his arms supporting her hand with his hand. Standing to his feet, he softly swayed back and fourth causing her to giggle more.
Quietly humming a melody as he continued to sway. Not hearing Changbin enter the room he was startled by his presence. "Jesus.." He mumbled put.
"Sorry, just came to check on Sun." Changbin walked over to them and looked down at her. "Hi babygirl." He cooed at Young-Ae before leaning down and kissing her forehead. "Where is Sun?" He asked looking at Lee Know.
"Oh, she's taking a bath." Changbin nodded before walking off in that direction. Lee Know turned his attention back to her. Setting her back down in her bassinet, pulling her soft pink blanket over her small body. Holding onto his finger he gave it a little wiggle.
"Lee Know." Changbin called out to him. He leaned back up and turned to look at him. Standing there as well was Sun-Young. Her rob wrapped tightly around her body. "What is it?" He asked looking at them both.
"We want to ask you something." Sun-Young held her hands out to him. He placed his hands into hers and waited. She gave his hands a small squeeze.
"We want you to be Young-Ae god father. With as well as you take care of Sun, and we have seen how well you handle her. Plus it's clear you're her favourite uncle." Changbin spoke out. He fought back the tears that dared to leave his eyes.
"Are you sure you want me to be her god father and not someone like Chan?" He questioned them both.
"We're certain on this. We talked and thought about it months, even way before Young-Ae was born. We trust you as her god father and the bond you share with her already is so special. We can see it both." Sun-Young spoke out this time.
The tears he fought finally fell from his eyes staining his cheeks. He swallowed them both into a hug, bawling like a baby. "Thank you guys. For believing in me, for trusting me with such a precious responsibility." He sniffed as he pulled away from them.
Sun-Young gave him a soft smile as ruffled his hair. Changbin pulled her close to him and kissed her temple. "Alright I have to get back to work now. I'll be home late." He spoke to them both before walking out. "I love you, Princess." He kissed her softly before he let her go. "I love you too." She smiled at him before he walked off.
"I'll get out of your way so you can get dressed." Lee Know spoke to her before heading for the door. A big smile grew on his face as he stood there and wiped his tears that remained. Walking off down the hall to the living room. Still processing that he would actually be a god father. He always felt sorta like a parent already taking care of the others on the team.
But now he's not just a uncle with cats. He's a god father now.
