So, to summarize everything, before Yuki was even reincarnated in the OPM world... After he died in his original world, his soul was actually first transported to the same white space he was currently standing in.

Also, in that same space, is where he met this guy who just hugged him. Yuki also now remembers this Guy's name, which is... Dude. Dude the omnipotent being... or whatever.

Yuki cannot really understand or at least, it wasn't explained to him. Dude just said to him the first time they met to call him Dude, that's it. It seems that he really did not mind being called as such that's why Yuki didn't ask anymore about it and simply did as he was told.

Now all of this explains why he's acting so familiar with Yuki cause turns out both of them already met once before. It's also why Yuki found all of these facts familiar to him for some reason at first, despite not remembering anything yet.

Apart from that, Yuki also remembered that he was supposed to be a... Traveler?

Basically, travelers are people who get Isekai'd in a certain world, live a life there, and the moment they die, they get sent back here in this space again and... repeat the cycle. An additional piece of information is that Travelers also lose their memory of being a Traveler specifically after they get Isekai'd. Travelers only realized that they were a Traveler all along after they went back here, just like what's happening to Yuki right now.

Though, Yuki doesn't know how he became a Traveller. All he knows is that he used to be a massive Weeb back then in his original world, doing lots of cringy stuff, died of a disease at some point, and the next thing he knew, he was already a Traveler.

But he can make an educated guess that he probably knows how, just that, it was made to not be remembered. And since that's the case, he already stopped being curious about it. Curiosity is what killed the cat they say.

In any case, Dude here is supposed to be a supervisor who manages every Traveler. Meaning to say, he's basically the guy that sent Yuki to One-punch Man world back then on his first Isekai trip. Yes, that was his very first Isekai trip as a Traveller. And the next one would be his second cause Dude here, literally after giving Yuki a hug...

"So, are you excited for your next trip?"

Immediately prepared to Isekai him unto another world, again.

"Whoa man, chill. Can't you give me a breather at least? I just died you know." Yuki immediately retorted after hearing that.

Well, It's not like Yuki wasn't ready or anything. That's not true at all. In that short amount of time, he already understood his Job as a Traveler and all. But... he literally just died seconds ago, and an hour ago, he's still in the middle of a grand-scale war, fighting hundreds of monsters in every direction.

Not to mention that other than his pre-existing 28 Years' worth of memory from the OPM world, and another 19 years from his original world, he just received new ones right now in addition to that. Well, technically it's not new but the point is there.

To say that his mind right now was a mess is such an understatement.

But obviously, after hearing Yuki's plead and quickly understanding his situation, Dude, as a much higher being who has lots of experience dealing with cases like this, just scoffed at him.

"If it's about your physiological mess, then you'll be fine. You'll have lots of time to fix it after you get Reincarnated again."

"... I do?" Yuki asked with a bit of a doubtful tone in his voice

"Of course. Trust me bro."

Now after hearing this, Yuki simply gave a huge sigh and finally submitted. Well, he didn't really trust what Dude said or anything but it's not like he can do something about it. So in the end, all he can do is just give the benefit of the doubt and hope that after all this, everything will be actually fine. Just like what was told to him.
