10k was sat by himself just minding his business . addy sat next to him noticing something was off.
"you okay?"
"today just hasn't been the best"
addy thought for a second wondering what she could do to cheer him up
"wanna go out and do something?
10k nodded and stood up agreeing to go and do something with addy. they both walked into an empty field and saw there were quite a few z's in the woody area
"wanna see who can kill the most?"
"yeah! how long?"
"10 minutes"
addy could tell 10k was down for the challenge
"okay!"
addy counted down from 3 on her fingers . when she hit three they both ran opposite directions into the woods. addy was swinging her z whacker like she was hitting a Piñata at a children's birthday party and 10k was shooting his rifle like he was at a shooting range.
10 minutes later they ran back to the middle of the field .
"how many did you get?"
"23"
addy knew she had way more than that but she knew he was having a bad day
"damn I only got 10. . you win"
she lied to 10k to make him feel better and then hugged him in a way to say well done
"I love being the best"
"I wouldn't go that far"
she said jokingly as they both laughed walking back to the rest of the group.
