"Isadora!" Leo yelled from the living room. "I'm almost done, hold on." Isadora Langford screamed back. She was fixing her hair. Down or up? "We're gonna be late." He yelled again.

Isadora looked at herself in the mirror. She was so excited. It was her first ever release party for her new album. She breathed a sigh of relief, she looked good. She skipped down the stairs, her heels in hand. "Leo, let's go!" She said, she knew it would get him annoyed. "You take an extra 20 minutes and I can't walk to the kitchen and get an alani? Jesus girl, I can't handle you."

"You know you love me." She said to her best friend. "Somehow, Isa, somehow." He gave her a kiss on her head.

.

The party was exciting, well maybe only for Isadora Langford. This was her 2nd studio album, and she never thought she'd reach 1. She had invited everyone she'd known up to that point, and other record labels.

"Dude, have you ever seen triplets? Like real life. They look so much alike." Cami said, a cup from the bar in hand. "I mean I feel like that's how it works Cam." Isadora chuckled, fixing her top. She hadn't really picked it out herself, it was the only option her manager picked that wouldn't be on the front covers of every article for a wardrobe malfunction. As long as she kept adjusting it.

"No I mean like look." Cami took Isadora's jaw in her hands and turned it to the three boys. They were standing awkwardly with another girl, looking lost. "I mean yeah, they look alike Cami." Isadora spoke, muffled at the clench of her cheeks. "Do you know who they are?" Cami let go of Isadora's jaw. "No I have no idea. I didn't invite strangers Cam. They're probably someone's sons."

"Nope. They look our age." Cami stated confidently. "What, so after 18 you stop being someone's kid? Is that why you stayed at your parents until 2 months ago?" Isadora's mouth turned into a 'O' shaped, and small laugh escaping. "No you just didn't extend your offer, like I knew you would."

.

The party had been a success, everyone was so proud of her. Her mom and her step-dad showed up about an hour into the party, along with her younger brother. Both of her mom and step-dad were still nervous about a singing career over college, but she knew college wasn't for her. And she could always go back.

"I just want to start off with a huge thank you to everyone who helped me through this, recoding this songs that I never thought the world would here has been such a dream. Most of these songs are ones I wrote in high school, or freshly out of high school, so it took me back to a place that I never want to go back to." The crowd laughed at Isadora's joke, but she really wasn't joking.

"So thank you for those who listened to how I was dumbed Junior year at prom, or how I caused a huge food night Freshman year, and I'm so sorry you had to relive high school with me. And to the rest of you who gave me endless encouragement and motivation, a huge hug and thank you to you guys too. And to everyone who I wrote a song about, I hope you know it's about you, good and bad. But mostly bad!" The crowd clapped for her, and she made her way off stage, hugging Cami.

"Isadora!" A voice called from behind her and Cami. They both turned around to see Laura, her old manager. They had ended on good terms, Laura needed more time for herself and her daughter, and Isadora wanted bigger things.

"Laura!" Isadora called out. She gave Laura a hug, then saw the triplets and the girl behind her and Laura. "Congratulations, Isadora. We're so proud of you." Isadora figured the 'we' were Laura and the 4 behind her.

"These are some people from Zstar! We were wondering if we could grab you for a quick picture?" Laura crossed her fingers. "Yeah of course."

Isadora stood in between the girl and the shorter haired triplet. His hand was cold against her bare abdomen. While Cami was right, they did all look alike, but they had distinguishing things that made them stand out. The one Isadora was next to, had tattoos on one arm and significantly short hair than the other two. The closest on the the other side of the girl, who Isadora had assumed was Laura's daughter, had box dyed red hair, tattoos, and a nose piercing on either side. The one on the end had no tattoos and longer, shaggy hair.

"1,2,3!" The photographer snapped the photo, the flash blinding Isadora for a moment. "Thanks." The photographer said, walking away. "This is Nick," Laura pointed to the red haired triplet, "Chris," the one with no tattoos, "My daughter Madi," the girl offered a small wave, "And Matt." He looked at Isadora, gave her a quick smile, then looked away. Laura walked away, following the photographer.

"I love your music." The first one—Nick—spoke up. "I listen to it all the time." He finished. "Aww thank you so much, that means so much to me! I'm Isadora by the way." She said, like it wasn't obvious. "This is my friend Cami." She said when Cami slid by her side. They all greeted her, but Isadora couldn't keep her eyes off of Matt. He was either looking at the ground or at his brother Chris.

The group talked for about 20 minutes, getting to know each other. Most of the conversation had died down when Laura came back.  "We have to get going, but it was so nice to see you, Isadora." Laura said. Isadora gave her another hug. "You too Laura," Isadora turned back to the group "Nice to meet you guys too. And thank you so much for coming!" They exchanged goodbyes before leaving.

"So are we gonna talk about how you were staring the one boy down? What's his name? Matt?" Cami said when they were out of earshot. Isadora turned to her friend. "Um, I definitely was not staring at him." Cami pulled out her phone and clicked on her photo app, and clicked on a video. It showed Isadora staring then turned to Matt. "Cami cmon." Isadora pleaded. "This is the last thing I need right now. He was cute, that's all."

"Mhmm sure Isa." Cami grabbed her friend by the forearm and started walking to the door. "Is there gonna be a song for him on the next album?"
