You saw Jean approaching your table. You couldn't explain it but you had a bad feeling about him, the feeling was faint but it was still there. You looked over at Nadie who stared at you, you could tell she felt the same way about him.

"Hello there beautiful." He said with a stupid smirk on face. You almost felt annoyed at the fact he interrupted your table's conversation.

"Do you need anything?" You asked, trying your best to not seem rude.

"Your name would be nice." He responded. Was he trying to flirt with you? If so he sucked at it.

"It's Y/n." You said while looking at the others for help. Your brother saw it and so did Nadie.

"Im-" your brother began before Jean glared at him and cut him off.

"I'm not talking to you." He harshly said to your brother, making B/n blush in embarrassment and look away. Oh how you did not like that.

"Excuse me?" You were angry and that was evident in your tone.

"I wasn't talking to him." He said, that just fueled your anger. Nadie felt your rage seething off your body and she tried her best calming you down along with your brother.

She failed...

"That's my brother, you don't get to talk to him like that." Jean just laughed, almost in a taunting way. His laughter ceased when you stood up.

You towered over him.

Freaking out, he apologized to you and your brother and walked off. This time it was Jean's turn to blush in embarrassment.

Everyone in the room saw how tall you were and stared in shock, you didn't even care about it, you only cared about B/n.

You sat back down and looked at your brother. Nadie was patting his back trying to comfort him.

"You okay?" You asked in your native tongue. B/n just nodded, seemingly wanting to drop the whole ordeal.

You sighed and pulled something out of your pocket, laid it on the table and slid it towards B/n. He instinctively grabbed it and looked at it.

It was candy you both loved eating. (What's your favorite candy? I love twix and Mexican candy lol.)

He opened it up and tossed the sweet treat into his mouth. His eyes and whole demeanour changed, he seemed happier than before.

"Thanks N/n." He thanked you while happily enjoying his sugary snack. (Did I just use different words for candy? Yes, yes I did.)

"Mhmm." You hummed as a "you're welcome" to him.

(The next day)
(Yes I time skipped, I'm sorry.)

You rose up from your bed, which was the top/bottom bunk. You were sharing a bunk with Nadie when you both first joined the army thing. Speaking of Nadie, where was she?

"Nadie? Nadie?" You looked at her bed and she wasn't there. You began to freak out, did you wake up late? But if you did, why didn't she wake you up?

Not even a minute later, Nadie walked into the room. Her body was wet and she had a towel wrapped around her body and head. She was brushing her teeth and had a bit of toothpaste coming out of her mouth.

She spat into a bucket and wiped her mouth with her hand. She looked into a mirror and ran her tongue over her teeth, perhaps she was trying to see if she got everything.

"Sup girly." She said as she looked your way.

"Hey. I couldn't find you, I thought I woke up late." You responded to her.

"You didn't, trust me. Also can you leave for a bit? I have to change." You nodded and left the room.

'Might as well get ready myself.' You said in your mind while walking to the bathrooms and the showers.

You stepped into the bathrooms that were designated for women and straight for the showers. You stripped from your clothes and tossed them to the side.

Turning on the shower, you let the water run down your body before scrubbing yourself. You made sure to clean your entire body then you turned off the water.

You stepped out and grabbed some fresh towels that were hanging on a pole labeled "fresh towels".

You wrapped the towel around your hair and another around your body, you grabbed your clothes before starting to walk out of the bathroom.

You walked straight into your room and saw Nadie sitting on her bed in a small pair of shorts that was down to her upper-thigh and a tank top which was low cut. She was just chilling on her bed while brushing her hair.

She noticed you and got off her bed before walking out the door. You took off your towel and got dressed in a comfortable outfit.

"Hey Nadie, what time is it?" You called out to Nadie from the room.

"It's 3:00 am, the training starts at 7:00 I believe." She responded back from behind the door. After you finished changing you opened the door and Nadie walked in and threw herself onto her bed.

You were still brushing your hair and watched as Nadie played with her watch from when you first met her. It was an amethyst watch with beautiful carvings on the front and back that resembled a wolf.

She would flick the cover of the watch open and you that there was a mirror built into it. It was a really pretty watch. Although..... It reminded you of something, you couldn't put your finger on it but it looked exactly like something you saw before.

She then closed the watch and just messed around with it. You were still tired so you finished brushing and made sure your hair was fully dry before going to sleep on your own bed.

Maybe tomorrow will be interesting.
