Tejasswi Prakash in as Ragini Gadodia- 26 yrs  old, Ex wife of lakshya maheshwari,  She is a  doctor. She has a past and a secret.

Shivin Narang as Rudra Birla- 28 yrs old, He is from a family of Doctors and a doctor himself. His Family runs one of the biggest hospital chain in country, Birla group of Hospital. Husband of Aradhya and Father of Ansh.

Ansh Rudra Birla- 5.5 years old,cute, fun loving child. Rudra's  son.

Niyati Fatnani in as Aradhya Birla- Rudra's wife. Died in a car accident few months back.

Avinash Mishra and Vrushika Mehta in as Kunal Birla and Avni Kunal Birla, both are 24 yrs old. Younger bro of rudra and sister in law . They have been married for a year, they are doctors too.

Mahesh and Radhika Birla- Parents of Rudra and Kunal. Grand parents of Ansh. They are doctors too. But they just go to hospital when needed , otherwise its Rudra , Kunal and Avni who handle hospital.

Jaysree Birla- Head of Birla Family, loves her family alot.

Notes to Remember-

- This story starts after Kavya is exposed and Ragini saved everybody. Laksh wants to re-marry Ragini and proposes to marry her. Which she accepts.

- Birla Family lives in Mumbai, but they have house in kolkata too. Birla group of Hospital is in every state.

Will Laksh and Ragini get re married or Destiny has some other plans for Ragini?
