DOMAIN EXPANSION The Dome Of The Blind. Reflections are everywhere the blinding of her quirk is increased tenfold same with her physical strength and speed she is however completely visible and can only shoot the reflections/blinding out of her hands and bottom of her feet if each hit is GUARANTEED to hit but only if you have been blinded for example. Closing your eyes, Getting blinded by reflections, being blinded by Toru herself or being overwhelmed by the brightness if you are blinded in anyway any hit will be GUARANTEED to hit. If you are not blinded the hit is not guaranteed but that doesn't mean it won't hurt if it lands anyway due to the increased speed and physical strength.
Side effects- Permeant blindness, Temporary blindness, Possible Seizure and a overwhelming feeling of being stared at from every direction. Most will go temporary blind upon entering this Domain. Most will go permanently blind if in the Domain for to long the brightness is far to much for any eyes to process. This doesn't effect Toru.
Description- A bright white area with thousands of mirrors, windows attached to nothing and glass panels in the distance is a Giant white dwarf star so bright it's blinding to even get a glimpse.
