Chapter 2

Y/n POV

I woke up the next day early in the morning at 6:30 in the morning and got ready for the day. The boys are still asleep so I took a shower and changed into some clothes. I grabbed my phone from the charger and put on my shoes. My phone received a message from Min-Jun saying he's here. I got out of my room and I see Namjoon walking out of the room. "I have to leave early. But I will see you boys around." I told him as he nodded at me sleepily as I left the dorm and got into Min-Jun car. "Ready for your first day?" He asked me once I got into the car. "A little nervous but I'm ready." I told him as he started driving.

"Well I went ahead and grabbed your schedule." He told me as he handed me my schedule. I read it over and see that I have a two hour Korean language from 8:30 to 10:30 am, vocal lessons from 10:30 to 11:30 am, trainees lunch at 12:30 to 1:00 pm and dance lessons from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Not bad for being a trainee even though I'm gonna be tired and sore I know it will be worth it. After a 15 minute drive we arrived at BigHit entertainment. I got out of the car with Min-Jun and he showed me around the building since I don't have Korean language lessons until 8:30 and right now it's only 7:30 so we have some time to spare.

He showed me the vocal room, the practice room, the lunch room for the trainees since the idols have different lunch time schedule, he showed me a room for the rappers in BigHit and lastly he showed me the producer rooms. After he showed me everything we headed to Korean lessons. He taught me how to introduce myself in Korean, what to call an older male and an older female. After the two hours were over and I got the gist of it. I could make a small conversation but I still need to learn how to read Hangul. I went to vocal lessons as Min-Jun still had to help me since he is my translator until I'm fluent in Korean. I take a year until I'm almost fluent. I did some vocal exercises with some trainees which had Jungkook, Taehyung, and Jin. I said hi to them as they greeted me back.

Jungkook is still shy around me which I don't mind. It'll take time for him to get out of his shell around me. After vocal lessons the four of us went to the canteen and grabbed some food before sitting down at a table that Hoseok, Namjoon and Yoongi are sitting. We all greeted each other. "So how's your first day so far, Y/n?" Namjoon asked me. "It's actually going quite well, if I'm gonna be honest. So far I learn basic Korean like introducing myself and saying hello. I still have a lot to learn though." I explained to him as he translated for the boys. Jungkook then spoke up as I wait for Namjoon to translate for me. "Jungkook wants to know that when you live in Australia have you seen the kangaroos and Koala's?" Namjoon asked.

I looked at Jungkook who waited for me. "Yeah, I've seen those whenever I visit my uncle who works with them. I even held a koala in my arms." I told him as Namjoon translated. Jungkook looked at me with starstruck eyes, he is so cute. "Woah, so cool." Jungkook said in broken English. "It is. I even have my kids pet one of them." I told them. After Namjoon translated they all looked at me wide eyes. Jin was then started to talk to me. "He said that they didn't know you have kids." Namjoon said. "It's quite alright. But yeah, I have twins a daughter and a son. They're only two, they're still in Australia with my family." I told them.

Namjoon translated as Taehyung and Hoseok started talking. "They want to see a photo of your kids." Namjoon said as he laughed a bit. I took out my phone after I was finished with my food and scrolled through my photos where it's just my kids. I showed them as they all cooed at them. "They said they're adorable." Namjoon translated. "Thank you." I told them in Korean. They were happy that I'm learning and trying to speak Korean to them. After lunch was over I put my trash away and walked to the practice room with Jungkook and Hoseok. We walked in and I see Min-Jun there so he could translate for me. We danced to different songs from K-pop to international songs and before we know it we were done for the day.
