Five years ago, on a rainy night, I stood at the edge of a roof, ready to jump.
"I can't take this anymore, My mom will kill me if she sees my results. I have to do this. I just can't take it anymore."
I took a deep breath, and stepped closer to the edge. But just as I was about to jump, a hand reached out and pulled me back from the edge. I tumbled backwards, and landed in the arms of a stranger.
"Stand up," the stranger said firmly, but gently.I stood up, wiping my nose with the sleeve of my sweater.
"Why did you want to kill yourself?, Did you think if you die now, it'll all be over? Think about your family, your friends, your future. Think about everything you still have to live for. Answer me!"
"Mr. Stranger, why are you shouting at me?" I asked, my voice cracking.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to. But why would you want to kill yourself? No matter what's going on, you should be strong for yourself. You can't just give up like that. There's so much more to live for."
As he spoke, he patted my head, and I could feel his smile even though I couldn't see his face. The rain poured down, soaking us both, but in that moment, I felt strangely at peace.
"Thank you, Mr. Stranger,I promise I won't do that again."
"That's the spirit, girl,Here, use this to dry your tears." He handed me a handkerchief,
then turned and walked away into the dark and stormy night.
"Mr. Stranger, wait!" I called after him. "You never even told me your name!" But he was already gone.
I vow to find him, no matter what it takes, My name is Sienna Evergreen, and I'm about to tell you the story of how I fell in love with a stranger, whose voice is all I can remember..........

In this story, I will be using "I" pronouns for two characters.
This will be a different style of writing than my previous story, but I hope you will enjoy it just the same.
