FRIDAY:

I didn't go to work yesterday because I wasn't in the mood Lilly ended up coming over yesterday and we watched cartoons together.

I randomly woke up shaking and I felt like I couldn't breathe I sat up and put my hand on my chest because my heart was racing.

I started breathing exercises so I could calm myself down rob woke up and yawned and stretched and looked at me.

Rob said ella you ok and he started rubbing my back he said ella whats wrong he sat up and kept asking if I was ok.

I didn't say anything and continued my breathing exercises he noticed how I was breathing and he quickly understood.

Rob wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me closer and kissed my head he wrapped his other arm around me and started rocking me back and forth.

Rob said it's ok ella a little while later I was finally ok I said I'm alright he said you sure I said yea and he pulled back and continued rubbing my back.

I looked at rob he smiled slightly and kissed me I smiled and said I love you Rob he smiled and said I love you more ella.

Rob said what happened I said I don't know I just woke up having a panic attack he said did you have a bad dream or something trigger you.

I said no he said ok I got out of bed and went into the bathroom and closed the door.

I put some cold water on my face and wiped it then I used the restroom and washed my hands then I headed back into our room.

Rob was sitting up in bed watching me I smiled and said you can go back to sleep he said no I'm ok.

I said ok whatever I turned on the fan so it could help me calm down I was also extremely hot and sweaty.

I climbed into bed and snuggled against robs chest and he started rubbing my back to make me feel better.

I smiled and said thank you he laughed and said I'm here if you need anything I closed my eyes so I could try and go back to sleep.

A little while later after rob knew I was sleeping he went back to sleep as well for the night.

A couple of hours later robs alarm started going off I woke up and yawned and stretched and got out of bed.

I turned off his alarm and went into the bathroom and closed the door and brushed my hair and teeth and also used the restroom.

I headed back into our room and woke up rob he woke up and yawned and stretched and got out of bed and went into the bathroom and closed the door.

I started getting ready while rob was in the bathroom I accidentally hit my face on the door I said ow shit.

I felt something wet on my lip and I tasted iron I said fuck rob came out the bathroom and his eyes went wide.

He said oh my God ella I said somehow I busted my lip open rob said what did you do.

I said hit my face on the door he quickly checked my teeth and he carried me inside the bathroom and put me on the counter.

I quickly told Lilly I hit my face and busted my lip open aven said ella be careful Jesus I put my phone down on the counter.

Rob started cleaning my lip and he put on some neosporin on my lip I said thanks he said no problem and he kissed my forehead.

I flinched slightly when rob cleaned my lip with rubbing alcohol it burned really bad I grabbed onto robs arm he didn't mind.

After me and rob finished getting ready we left the house and headed to work for the day it took me and rob a while to get ready.
