After much consideration Izuku after learning of his "past" he decided to be a hero in between combat, strategy and medical practice as he wanted to become a doctor... to give people a second chance... this made him remember something... guilt and shame...
"Oh that's your new hero costume?" Kaminari was shocked as Izuku chuckled "Why yes my quirk isn't medical nor related to my costume but it's what I'm going to do be the supplier in battles" Kaminari made an Ah in understanding.
Izuku felt Mineta in the corridor Elise summoned needles and hit Mineta's hair making Mineta scared...

"Back of from my Elise" Izuku's voice was cold and dark even deep Kaminari felt the devil in him "Your Elise?!" Mineta yelled Elise summoned another surgical needle or syringe hitting the same spot.
"S-so what if you could creat beautiful women pedo-" Elise summoned a scalp which cut the balls on Mineta's head to split "Go on finish that insult" Izuku really wanted to end someone's life right now.
