The festival went... fine just Izuku having paranoia about everything he felt like he was going to collapse at any moment soon.
The fight with Gentle Criminal caught him off guard having Elise as his weapon he had to fight hand to hand combat luckily he doesn't have to rely on Elise to fight he can use "Thou shalt not die" was his second weapon with generation abilities he can get away with living another day.
Elise was drawing on the paper her drawings were a bit... odd some were depicting people... dying...
So Izuku hid those drawings telling Elise to hide them from public eyes and Elise agreed.
Izuku has been trying to get a grip on what's happening.
The way heroes are being portrayed and how they are interacting with the citizens sure they are working hard on their jobs but it seems just for fame and money the school's security is lacking.
"Elise come we need to go to class early" Elise nodded and skipped with Izuku tailing behind him.
The butterfly pin still in his possession had been quite useful he could regenerate limbs or organs though he might have to close to death in order for the pin to activate.
As for Dazai's dead spirit he has been lingering long enough to have an awareness about his current situation he was nice talking to but... his fantasies of suicide were off the rails for him.
He has no grudge against him well the current possessor of "via sexualis" the past him was a bit too much not happy with it being that his previous life was being a child "lover" and being the boss of something he least expected and as karma Dazai would constantly make fun of him as if making fun about his height was going to annoy him he was still a high school student which to Dazai 'training weapons at 15 is not an option'.
Izuku came into class learning things that were supposed to have been taught by the teacher but Aizawa was taking a nap on the floor.
So they have to teach themselves but they were using it to flex on quirks and go off topic.
"Yo Izuku how's your morning?" Kirashima asked.
"Rintaro has a good sleep" Elise replied "Well most of it anyways".
"Umm" Kirashima was puzzled by her grumpy adorable face.
"He's not talking today the festivals incident with me" Kirashima was confused.
"Those two had to go out of line to make me look embarrassing" Izuku gritted his teeth he gave Denki and Mineta a glare that made the targets shiver "making my poor Elise wear something inappropriate!" Izuku yelled.
Kirashima just backed off clearly Izuku wasn't in the mood for chit chat.

Many heroes were fighting the league of villains but what's odd is that one of the villains was trying to get files on a student named Izuku Midoriya, Nighteye had questioned the boy but he simply couldn't get why they needed this boy's personal files.
"Sir they are silent these days"
Nighteye nodded "Indeed they are Mirio"
Everyone was on their feet with the villains the fear of All for one returning is something they need to avoid and take down those villains as soon as possible.
But... going back to the child in question they say Izuku was quirkless and that proves with his x-rays but that could be him being a late bloomer though his files were changed on the day he used his quirk someone must have changed his files but for what purpose that question puzzled him.
"Sir some people would like to talk to Izuku Midoriya" a worker said "You asked me to report anything suspicious even the littlest things".
Nighteye was silent for a moment not before giving his approval and ordered the worker to act fast.
"Ah bring them in I'll make sure they wouldn't be the troublemakers".

Izuku was being called upon by someone who wanted to talk to him apparently he was being called upon for an organization who wanted him to join them and that caught him off guard.
"But isn't Midoriya too young to be joking any courses Mr. Aizawa?!" Iida asked.
"Not sure but they said to be the oldest organization even older than the hero departments".
Everyone was now looking at Izuku was confused by this.
"What is the name of the organization Mr Aizawa?"
"Special divination for Unusual Powers" Aizawa bluntly said.
Elise eyes widened she couldn't believe on what she was hearing she thought that government organization has disappeared that she was the only living ability to have left!
"Are you sure this isn't a prank?" Elise asked hiding her excitement.
"No it's not a prank apparently it's approved and verified that it's the real thing".
Elise felt a wave of happiness and familiarity Izuku looked at Elise he could tell this was related to the "past".
"Well I better get going now don't want to be late" Izuku said he got up and started to pack his things.
Passing through the door Aizawa told his to watch his way as to be always on guard as if that's the least of his worries he has so many questions for his idolized organization.

A half colored man was waiting for the boy in question he appeared with other men he was looking at the clock when he heard a knock.
"Rintaro keep your hands to yourself this is important!" He heard a child's voice behind the door and chuckled to himself as the doors opened he saw his former "student" but in a different body with a different personality with morals of a normal child.
"Greetings Izuku Midoriya" the man greeted the young welder of "via sexualis".
"Ah good morning sir a pleasure to meet you" Izuku greeted "Especially the organization Elise talks about how..." the child goes on about what he knows about the organization can't say he was a nervous reck when meeting your idol.
"Rintaro your mumbling again"
"Ah! Sorry sir I didn't realize I was off track who are you may I ask?"
The man smiled.
"I am Soskei Natsume" Izuku's eyes widened "The very same writer of the book and I need you within the organization that's going to rise from the grave".
