Aspen's and Rowan's Crazy Story

Part 1

When Rowan was 12 his parents got a divorce but his mom was pregnant with Aspen. Rowan and his dad left and moved out, while Aspen grew up with her mom and her mom's boyfriends that would change all the time. Aspen was 10 when she started dressing like a tomboy, and her mom was homophobic, which is why Rowan lives with dad, but she was dressing like a tomboy and her mom thought she was gay no matter how many times she said she wasn't. Rowan's and Aspen's dad did support which is why Rowan stayed with dad, and mom kept me because he supported and she didn't want her to be supported so she kept her. Current day at school, Aspen is now 16 and Rowan is 28. Aspen checks the time on her phone and looks over at her best friend Vinnie "this class feels like it's never gonna end" Aspen said while putting her head back and sighing. "I know right, like no one wants to be here why should we, he doesn't even teach us anything we need to know like taxes, mortgage payments, bills, money and that stuff" says Vinnie. After a while school ended and Aspen was just scrolling on her phone using Facebook, and she sees the thingy that says "people you may know" and she sees a guy who has the same last name as her. "Hmmm, I'ma see who this is" she thought to herself and she added him, and he quickly added her back and texted her "Aspen is that really you?!" "Do I know you? Why do you have my last name?" Aspen texted back, he then texted back "I know I haven't been around but your mom won't let me, I'm your birth father" Aspen looks at the message over and over again to see if this was fake but no it was real. They talk and get closer after a few months he asks to meet up and they do, but with him stood a tall dark haired boy with emerald green eyes, just like Aspen, but the only difference was that Aspen has green strips of hair. "Who's that?' Aspen asks a little confused "it's your brother, Rowan, I know I haven't said anything about him but I wanted y'all to meet" dad says. Aspen looks at Rowan and smiles. "I'm Aspen, as you heard dad say" she laughs a little "yea I got that, and I'm Rowan as you heard" they both laugh and the three of them would hangout a lot, from going to parks, hikes, out to eat, to have a sleepover, to eat dinner just anything and everything. One day their dad asked Aspen "hey Aspen, would you want to go to a family function? You'll be able to meet your family on my side and meet your brother's husband" he says while smiling "yea of course I would love to go!" She says happy to be able to meet everyone but also scared. Rowan was an amazing older brother to Aspen even though they only met a few months ago, her first thoughts on him was he was a bit scary, intimidating, chill, and looks like her, that's what she was thinking when she met him, but he was really just a big soft teddy bear. The day came around for the family function. "Hey mom I'm going to go hangout with my friends today." Aspen said to her mom, she was lying but her mom couldn't tell she was lying "yea ok, whatever, but do the dishes when you get back." Her mom said in her annoyed tone as always. Aspen got in her car and showed up to the family function. Everything was amazing, the food, the people, the view, the smell, just everything. "Wanna play a bored game bucky?" Aspen asked Rowan's husband "yes, which one though?" He asked ready to play "hmm how about sorry?" Aspen said, as soon as she said that bucky's face lit up "yes! I love that game!!" He said. Aspen and Bucky were playing sorry, Rowan was eating with dad, the little kids were playing tag, and everyone else was talking or eating. About 5 minutes later, so like 3 hours after the family function started a car drove through really fast and parked, everyone was looking at the car to see who it was. Next thing you know, Rowan's and Aspen's mom stepped out of the car. "James why the fuck is my daughter here!?" Their mom yelled at their dad "she's with her family, she has family other than you. You aren't even a good mom to her, you're always rude to her. No kid should ever have a rude parent ever! You don't even hangout with her, you don't know her favorite color, her favorite food, what she wants to be, you know nothing about her, but I do!" He said and their mom stood there rolling her eyes. "And so what? She deserves it, she's a stupid lesbian." Her mom says. "For the last time, I'm straight, I just have a tomboy style!" Aspen says raising her voice slightly "Don't you dare speak that way to me young lady!" Her mom says. Aspen rolls her eyes and goes back to her game with Bucky.
