Lighting another cigarette, Monique strolled down the barren streets of Paris, searching for somewhere to spend the night or Claude, her pimp.

She walked down an alleyway that she knew quite well, not expecting anyone to be there. Once she locked eyes with a former customer of hers, she knew her fate was sealed.

"𝙱𝚘𝚗𝚓𝚘𝚞𝚛, 𝙼𝚘𝚗𝚒𝚚𝚞𝚎." He smiled cruelly and Gibeau froze.
"𝙹'𝚊𝚒 𝚍𝚎 𝚕'𝚊𝚛𝚐𝚎𝚗𝚝.  ç𝚊 𝚝𝚎 𝚍é𝚛𝚊𝚗𝚐𝚎 𝚜𝚒 𝚓'𝚎𝚗 𝚊𝚒 𝚞𝚗 𝚙𝚎𝚞 𝚍𝚎 𝚌𝚎𝚕𝚊 ?" He asked, pulling out a small bit of money and gesturing towards her body.

"𝓝𝓸𝓷." The hooker growled pushing him away.

"𝚗𝚎 𝚜𝚘𝚒𝚜 𝚙𝚊𝚜 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚖𝚎 ç𝚊." He huffed, walking back toward her.

The man laughed, seeming like he was going to do something, but he turned around and bent down to reach his bag on the floor.

Monique saw the opportunity. And she was not going to miss it.

She looked down at where she'd hidden the knife when she had gotten dressed, quickly drew the weapon and lunged at the man, knife in hand. She raised the weapon and practically threw it down at him.
She ripped away at his skin. Stabbing the worthless boy 𝖙𝖊𝖓 𝖙𝖎𝖒𝖊𝖘 𝖎𝖓 𝖍𝖎𝖘 𝖇𝖆𝖈𝖐.

After her ravage, parts of her dress were dripping with blood and her hands were stained. She stumbled out of the alleyway and trudged down the street, almost waiting for the police to arrive.

Which they did.

"madame ?  est-ce que tu saignes ou as-tu tué ?  tu sais où le trouver ?" The taller officer asked.

Monique chuckled.

"𝓙𝓮 𝓷𝓮 𝓼𝓪𝓲𝓼 𝓹𝓪𝓼 𝓸ù 𝓵𝓮 𝓽𝓻𝓸𝓾𝓿𝓮𝓻 𝓸𝓯𝓯𝓲𝓬𝓲𝓮𝓻𝓼.  𝓶𝓪𝓲𝓼 𝓼𝓲 𝓿𝓸𝓾𝓼 𝓵𝓮 𝓯𝓪𝓲𝓽𝓮𝓼, 𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓷𝓮𝔃 𝓺𝓾𝓮 𝓳'𝓪𝓾𝓻𝓪𝓲𝓼 ê𝓽𝓻𝓮 𝓻𝓮𝓿𝓮𝓷𝓾𝓵𝓮 𝓳𝓸𝓵𝓲 𝓬𝓸𝓾𝓽𝓮𝓪𝓾𝓺𝓾𝓮 𝓳'𝓪𝓲 𝓬𝓸𝓲𝓷𝓬é 𝓭𝓲𝔁 𝓯𝓸𝓲𝓼𝓭𝓪𝓷𝓼 𝓼𝓸𝓷𝓭𝓸𝓼."

She laughed a little. The officers looked horrified. Monique tried to walk away, but she was stopped by one of the officers grabbing her wrists, and the other clipping handcuffs to her wrists. She sighed.

"𝓼'𝓲𝓵 𝓿𝓸𝓾𝓼 𝓹𝓵𝓪î𝓽, 𝓸𝓯𝓯𝓲𝓬𝓲𝓮𝓻𝓼.  𝓙𝓮 𝓷𝓮 𝓿𝓸𝓾𝓵𝓪𝓲𝓼 𝓪𝓾𝓬𝓾𝓷 𝓶𝓪𝓵."

She huffed, fake crying for the effect. The officers sighed and removed the cuffs and told her she was free to go. She ran away, quite proud of what she had done. Not the murder, no. But outsmarting the law?

Oui.
