The sound of birds and chatter could be heard as Alduin opened his optics. It didn't take long for him to feel the pain that was radiating through his side and spinal strut. As he slowly moved himself off his side, he felt the pain flare more. It stretched from his side up to his shoulder. After a few agonizing minutes of pain Alduin finally got himself to his pedes. When he felt his claws dig into the ground under him, he looked down to see dirt. As he looked around, he noticed he was in a barn. A rather small one at that.
He noticed a streak of light come from an opening, blinding him. He moved his helm, so the light wasn't on him. When he looked to where the light came from, he spotted the barn door. As he walked over to the door, he noticed he was limping, most likely from the pain he was feeling. When he was finally able to push the door open, he was greeted with sunshine which instantly warmed his frame causing the pain to subside for the moment.
It wasn't long until the bird songs were interrupted by arguing and loud crashing, followed by an angered voice. He stayed by the barn as to stay hidden. When he noticed a group of humans and what looked like cybertronians standing outside the house on the property he ducked back into the barn. Wanting to keep himself hidden for as long as possible.
Alduin looked over every figure that was in the group. One of them sticking out to Alduin like a sore digit. That bot noticed Alduin as well. Quickly excusing themselves from the group before walking over to the barn. Alduin quickly retreated into the barn backing himself into a corner as the door was swung open. There before him was Bumblebee. The scout quickly rushed forward and wrapped his arms around the canine's neck.
"You're back! How'd you get back here! The team and I all thought you were gone after saving Cybertron."
When the scout finally let go of Alduin, he could finally get a good look his fellow comrade.
"Where did you go?"
"I joined Primus in my rightful place in the Allspark."
"Then, if you did that. Why are you here?"
Alduin gave a small sigh as he tried to ignore the waves of pain radiating through his shoulder plating and his spinal strut.
"Primus asked I come back to scout something out for him."
"Scouting? Scout what?"
"Not sure he said something about feeling a disturbance here on Earth."
"Wonder what that could be? Have you seen the others yet?"
'What do you mean?"
"Well, I'm assuming you've been to Cybertron."
"I'm afraid not young Bee. I was sent straight here. Haven't had a chance to do anything else. Besides some idiot hitting me."
Bee stopped for a moment a guilty look on his faceplate.
"That was me. Sorry about that."
Both were silent for a moment. Alduin had the nagging question to ask Bee if he had any grey areas in his memories with team Prime. Deep down though Alduin knew Bee didn't. The way Bee asked if Alduin had seen the others told Alduin everything he needed. The more he thought about it the more the grey areas in his memories tormented him. Something, or someone, was there. Someone he was close with, yet the grey areas seemed to keep this being distant from him.
Bumblebee looked out of the barn to see the Terrans and the humans occupied with the chart their mom was introducing to them. He looked back to Alduin seeing something was bothering him. Like a scraplet chewing at the metal of his processor.
"You still have that Ferrari alt mode?"
Alduin looked up at Bumblebee with suspicion.
"Come on, I got an idea. It'll be fun. Get those ancient joints of yours working like they used to."
"You're on scout!"

Megatron was talking with Optimus as they walked through the base that belonged to G.H.O.S.T. Both were recalling past fights they had and their flaws during that fight. As Megatron was about to speak he was interrupted by someone else who had been following them for some time. Both bots looked down and to the right to see a woman with blonde hair pulled up into a high ponytail. She was dressed in a suit with the G.H.O.S.T logo on the top right corner of the jacket. She was holding a file folder and a clip board.
"Oh Charlie, I didn't see you there. My apologies."
"It's fine, it's just that you're needed. Both you and Megatron."
Megatron noticed Charlie wouldn't look to him only to the Prime. He crossed his arms give a low hum.
"It would seem you are afraid of me. For what reason."
Charlie looked up at Megatron a slight moment of anger mixing with her fear.
"Did you forget you almost killed me!"
"No, I hadn't you've reminded me plenty. As I've said before. I wasn't after you. I was after that damned mutt you kept so close."
"He's not a mutt Bucket head."
Before it could get worse Optimus stepped in.
"That's enough you two. We've all said out apologies and then some. You can't blame her for having some fear Megatron. She's had more encounters with us than any other human has."
Megatron simply rolled his optics as he walked off.
"Let's just get this over with so blondie doesn't lose a circuit."
"It came from Elita-1. Said she spotted some odd activity somewhere in the area and wanted help before she charged in, I suppose."
Both mechs left Charlie as they sent off to help Elita. As they neared the exit both opened their comm links with Elita. Optimus was the first to speak.
"Elita?"
"Took you long enough Prime."
"What is it you need us for? Optimus and I were just about to agree I'm the better fighter."
"I was not."
"Boys. I've more important things going on. Look I'm sending you, my position. I want you to meet with me."
"We're on it."
As Elita closed her comm link she looked back at Bumblebee with Alduin sitting beside him. She sighed as she leaned against a rock.
"I sure hope this is worth it."
Alduin shook his helm.
"You're telling me. Megatron's always hated me and now Primes teamed up with him. I'm dead again."
Bumblebee placed a servo on the back of Alduin's neck.
"It'll be ok big guy."
"Yea well we'll see about that now won't we."
