The Twins Redemption Pt. 2

The next day came by and everybody was talking about what happened last night while the leaders were heading to the Fun Dungeon. "Okay, let's just make this clear, everyone: when we get those twos, no threats or anything violent towards them. We'll be tough when they get aggressive." Poppy said, "And that means you two." Branch said, gesturing at Barb and KayKay. "Drop them." "Drop what?" KayKay said, but he gave them a look that made them groan and they dropped weapons that they were hiding behind their backs. "All of them." "Ugh! Okay, fine, mom!" KayKay exclaimed from annoyance, she dropped her trident and Barb dropped her sharp knives.

But that's when her chainsaw came out from her back. "Wha- A chainsaw? Seriously?" "Can you blame her though?" KayKay said, but he sighed. "Let's just get the twins." He said. Poppy pulled out the key to the iron door and opened it to see Veneer playing with balls from the ball pit until he noticed the trolls by the entrance. "Hey, Veneer. How's your morning?" KayKay asked, "It's good..I guess." He said, "Alright, since we've heard that you were the one who's been against the idea about what happened, we'll go easy on you." Branch said, "And where's your sister?" Poppy asked. He pointed at his sister, Velvet, still laying in one of the bunk beds in the rooms.

"Okay, Ms. Rageous, come on. You and your brother have a big day ahead of yourselves." KayKay said, but she ignored her. She's awake but she just ignores and acts like she's still sleeping. "Velvet..come on. Don't make me drag out of bed." "Then, make me." She muttered loud for her to hear. She rolled her eyes before she grabbed her ankles and dragged her out of the bed. "What the heck?! I was trying to get my beauty sleep!" Velvet exclaimed, "Well, I'm not that stupid that you've been trying to fake sleep. Now, come on, princess." KayKay said. "I'd rather have a growlbeast eat me alive." Velvet said. "Okay, if you say...Guys, call a growl beast-" "I was being sarcastic!" Velvet exclaimed,

KayKay rolled her eyes and kept up dragging her on the ground while Velvet kept her anger on her face until she placed her next to her brother.  "Maybe you shouldn't have told her the idea." Veneer said. "Shut up...but you're right." She said, "Let's get this over with: you two are being punished due to the amount of trouble that you've caused for us and our friend and one of Branch's brothers. So, there's gonna be some work for you two around the kingdom." Trollzart said, "And why would we listen because a glitter baby with wings tells us to?" Velvet said, making him gasped and offended by that. "Glitter baby?" "Don't worry about her, Trollzart. Just ignore her." Trollex said,

"Mhm, you and your glitter baby should keep notes on why your music is so-" She was cutted off when Barb grabbed her throat and started choking her. "Thank you." "No problem." "Okay, that's enough.." Poppy said as she stopped her from choking her out while Velvet gasps for air. "Like we said, try anything slick, you get something worse than choking." KayKay said, "Alright, what's on our list then?" Velvet questioned as she crossed her arms.

They took them to Lonesome Flats where some of the country trolls were busy with the harvest and picking out the vegetables from the ground. "Y'all two are starting by picking out this here harvest and planting some new ones." Delta said, "You're expecting me to get my nails and my everything dirty? Hard pass." Velvet said as she crossed her arms. "Well, at least your brother knows what to do." She said, They looked and spotted him helping with the country trolls and their harvest. "He's soft." "Velvet, if you don't get your butt down there and help them, I swear by all that is Trolly, I'm gonna throw you down there myself." KayKay said, "I love to see you try with your small arms." She said,

KayKay glared at her as her colors changed from anger. "Oh, boy..." Delta muttered. "You're working!" She exclaimed, "Make me!" Velvet snapped, then KayKay picked her up from the ground and threw her down to the harvest as she rolled down and splashed into the river. She gets up from the water and gasps slightly when she notices her makeup being messed up. "KayKay! You are so dead!" She shouted. "Hey, at least you didn't end up in the cow manure!" She called out. "I wish she did." She whispered to Delta as she chuckled a bit.
