RUNAWAY Alicia's POV
I was doing it today , I had to otherwise I wouldn't survive. He would kill me if he found out what I was doing that's why i'm doing it while he's at the club with his mates.
I pack my clothes into a suitcase and bring my smaller necessities in a backpack. My room is on the first floor and so is our home ( if i could even call this hellhole a home anyway ) so it's easy for me to throw my stuff out and climb out. My stomach rumbles loudly as i check the time 15:32 ; he'll be back in about 25 minutes that's enough time, right?
OK i need to stop faffing about and get going. I slide open the window and take in the horrid smell of dog ( maybe even human ) piss scattered scarcely around the block. I first throw out my suit case which makes a loud bang frightening the birds which set asunder suddenly.
I take one last look at the place I used to call home before taking a leap out of the window and landing safely on the ground . I dust down my clothes and take off to God knows where .
Caspian's POV
The sun shines brightly in my eyes as I look out of the window of the car. My head hurts and I crack my knuckles anxiously as it dawns on me what i'm really about to do . A new school, a new castle , a new life . Maybe a new love .
" Mum ?", I call out to her .
" Yes Caspian ?" , she replies .
" Why do we have to start over again ? We basically just moved to Yorkshire, "
" Listen to me my dear son , we are royalty and I have to keep my only heir to the throne safe . You never know what that girl you broke up with could have done she knew you were royalty and she could have spread it across the school , what would you have done then huh? She could have hurt you ! What's her name anyway ? Eve or Es-"
"Esther Mum, and i understand that you want me safe but i'm not an exotic animal that you keep in a cage mum . I can protect myself and don't you have Kaylin she could be your heir .She is literally only in the car behind us "
"NO! No. She is a female and you as you said can protect yourself which is something your going to be doing a lot when you take the crown an-"
" MUM WATCH OUT ! "
