"He's conscious." Taehyung sipped his drink while standing still staring at the view from the window on the top floor of his office.
Jennie, who was still with Jungkook, just stared in silence. Taehyung had told them everything earlier, about Jinyoung waking up from his coma. And now the man is just silent and repeating the words 'he is aware' while looking out.

Jennie's question made Taehyung suddenly turn his body sharply to face Jennie and look at him with burning eyes.

Jinyoung nodded and closed his eyes, the short conversation made him frowned too, Jisoo gently stroked Jinyoung's hair.
"Rest darling, sleep, I will be there when you fall asleep, I will be there when you wake up again."
Gently Jisoo continued to stroke Jinyoung's hair until the man's breathing became regular and he fell asleep.
"He's strong, he'll be fine,"

Jennie smiled and stepped closer.

Jisoo followed Jennie's gaze and her face pale when she saw Jungkook standing there, not taking a step in, just standing in the doorway hesitantly.
"He came to apologize," explained Jennie softly when she saw Jisoo's scared expression." he apologized to Taehyung and Taehyung kicked him out, telling him to apologize to you because you were the one he hurt."
Taehyung. The name flashed through Jisoo's mind. Damian and his declaration of love. Jisoo's chest suddenly felt full, but then she frowned. No, she had to kill whatever feelings were emerging for Taehyung. She had to focus on Jinyoung
