NEW YORK 2016 [ 7 YEARS AGO ] 6:45am
kior woke up so tired as she moved around and stretched in her bed. her alarm went off again but even louder as she rolled her eyes and kissed her teeth hitting the "stop" button on the alarm on her phone.
she got out of bed going straight to the bathroom closing the door as she started brushing her teeth and washing her face. afterwards, she took a shower, where she spends most of her time in the mornings. when she got out, she sat at her vanity fixing her hair with her robe on and all cleaned up.
when she was all ready, it was around 7 o'clock and she grabbed all her stuff, and put her mcm bag around her shoulder. she sprayed some victoria secret perfume on berfore she stepped out of her room.
on her way downstairs, she saw her dad sitting on the couch watching tv. "good morning dad" she said good morning to him in spanish and he said it back as she gave him a hug.
"you want me to drive you to school?" he asked in spanish as he looked up at her since he was sitting down. "no" she answered without hesitation.
"alright, im leaving" she opened the front door then walked out. she walked outside stepping down the stairs of her porch. she walked to the bus stop and it was on time. she hopped on the bus five stops to jason's house.
she made it to his block and got off the bus. she walked up to his building and went inside through the doors. she took the elevator to his floor and when she got on the floor, she went up to his door banging on it. it took him two minutes to finally come and open the door for her.
"it took you long enough" she had a irritated face on. she walked right past him into his apartment. "nah come here" he grabbed her arm pulling her back. "woww, so you just gon walk right past me like that?" he laughed but she was serious.
"yes" she laughed but was serious about it. "i should really leave ya ass outside" he chuckled then walked away so she could actually come in, then she closed the door.
kior was supposed to be in school but she planned to skip to see jason, and jason's parents weren't in town so she thought everything was gonna be good.
she was about to take off her shoes and her jacket, "hold up, don't take nun off yet, we bouta go to the smoke shop" jason stopped her then she fixed her jacket putting it back on.
he put on some sneakers and grabbed his jacket as they both left his apartment walking to and into the elevator pressing the down button. "you gotta do better than this, i thought you had already rolled up." kior kissed her teeth.
"well i didn't, i forgot" he replied. "oh so noww, you forget" she rolled her eyes mocking him. they made it to the ground level and walked out the projects and walked to the smoke shop near by his hood. it was rush hour so the streets were loud and there was lots of kids trying to get to school.
