"kiki look at what i caught!" jaylee's eyes sparkled with delight as she proudly showed her sister the seashells that her and her cousin had found.
"ouu those are so pretty!" she smiled. "we're gonna go find some more and make a collection!" she said proudly as they both ran off to find more.
the sound of the domican music blasted through the speakers as her whole family gathered around the beach to celebrate their cousins birthday.
"aww ava look! it's a little crab!" jaylee called over her couisn aka the birthday girl over as soon as she seen a crab hanging at the edge of the water.
she bent down to get a good look at it. "hey little mr. krabs." she talked to it like a baby. "the bikini bottom is that way!" she pointed to the water.
"let's push him in, be careful!" jaylee told ava as they gently pushed the crab closer to the water as the short wave grabbed it and pulled it back into the water.
"bye bye mr. krabs" they waved.
kayla and kior sat down on the beach chairs underneath the umbrella keeping all the shade. "mami, when is the food gonna be ready?" kior sighed.
"your tío is almost done" she said with her spanish accent. kior grabbed a sprite from the cooler in front of her as she opened it and it made a sizzle sound as she took a sip.
"let me sit" jason walked up to kior asking to sit. "boy if you don't just go grab a chair" she looked up at him.
jason kissed his teeth. "aight just sit on my lap" he told her, making her roll her eyes and get up. he sat down and she sat on his lap.
"kiki!! can you come help us build this sand castle?!! pretty pleaseee??" jaylee ran up to her begging. "ok sure" she smiled getting up.
"yay!" jaylee and ava both jumped up. they had all the buckets and little toy shovels ready on the ground.
"do you know how to make one?" jaylee asked kior. "pfft, of course. i been making sand castles before you was even born" she laughed.
"let me take a picture of y'all. yall look so cute!" kior smiled taking out her phone taking a picture of jaylee and her cousin ava.
