Chapter 8

Fast forward into the trip

We arrive to our destination and the scenery was just overall beautiful.

Everybody got out the vans

I see joseline walking towards me

I walked away.

As were walking into the house everybody runs to claim a room

I was looking around and one room just caught my eye



It was so beautiful.

I got comfortable and set everything down.

We're staying here for a year I guess

Everything in this room was just for me the designs,the bed, the tv, the comfort, the lights and candles, the scenery just everything.

My stomach growls and I notice my mouth getting watery.

And realized I was hungry

I go downstairs to see everybody gathered in the front room just talking

Jadis: is it any food in here?

Javi: uhm...it should be go and check I think they have it under control..

I checked the cabinets and fridge and it's literally packed with food.

I'm gonna love this house.

I got ingredients and decided I'm going to make pizza for everyone but the crust extra crispy.

The pizza was done in an hour or so I made 3 bc it's a lot of ppl in here.

The pizzas turned out huge.

Everybody starts to chow down and I take my plates and head up stairs

A few hours later

I head down stairs to just chill with my brother and cousin and as I'm sitting down joseline comes up to me.

Lene: jadis can I talk to u please.

Jadis: what do u wanna talk abt lene

Lene: in private ?

Jadis: ugh

I stepped into the hallway as she started talking.

Lene: I'm really sorry about what went down after the party I didn't mean for what I said to come out that way

Jadis: okay

Lene: why do u have to be so dismissive.

Jadis: I left it alone what more do u want me to do

I started walking off and she pulled me back

As I look back I saw a vision

Everything that happened that night and in the gas station I saw

It just hit me and I realized why she acted the way she did

This bitch has a crush on him and thought I wasn't gonna find out.

I yanked my arm and she just sat there

I went back to chilling with jadid and Armando

She sighed and walked off

I don't know why she keeps trying to talk to me as if she didn't take everybody else's side while we together and left me looking stupid.

I feel like something's about to come up

As we're playing the game we hear loud crashing noise outside

My dad comes rushing in

Javi: THE BACK, GO TO THE BACK!!! NOWWWW

all of us run to the back of the house

Abuelita: what the hell is going on javi
 
Javi: it never ended...
